It's in the city centre and it's got a fitness room and turkish bath the fitness closed on the week end. The bathroom looks a bit old, needs some updating |

Very good location for the price. Very near Athletico Bilbao football ground so I would imagine it would be very noisy on match days. |

Friendy and helpfull staff, location, closeness to public transport links (excellent trams) Although room service was available, I was unhappy about the lack of daytime bar/cafe/restaurant facilities, additionally there was no in-room coffee/tea making facilities. No swimming pool. Late check-in. |

Hotel being so central but also very quite. The spacious lobby, the decor, the very nice rooms. The staff at reception: very helpful. Not being able to have dinner at the Hotel. Your dining area is so nice. It is hard for a person, alone, to try and find a place to eat late at night. |

Very easy to reach from the main Motorway. Within walking distance to the Guggenheim (15 minutes) and main comercial area. Parking facilities in the hotel are to small. I had to find a car park in a public area.Took a long time to check-in (all our four ID had to be entered in the computer) and the man at the reception was not very friendly. |

the size of the room, the location we mde our reservation two months before and asked for an extra-bed. On the check-in they didn't had extra beds, so after some conversation they gaves us a room with a sofa-bed. The solution was good, but in the beginning they suggested that our daughter sleep with us. |

location hotel parking facilities a joke, and no possibility to reserve in advance. No wifi service available and no information forthcoming on when it would be available. Staff not as friendly/helpful as i would have expected. Room decor not very appealing. Hotel generally quite shabby |

I liked the location, cleanliness, the facilities of the hotel. Overall it was an almost excellent experience with the exception of the thing below. The staff, I mean they're acting like you just dropped in uninvited. However I doubt much can be done, as in the area the people aren't too acustomed with tourists. |
