The quietness of the room, the cleaness The poor breakfast. The room telephone did not work, I had to go to the reception desk in order to call (4 times). No privacy because there is not even public phone in the hall, you have to use the one from the reception desk with the employee in front of you |

Closeness to the airport and cleanliness The reception staff tried to be helpful by speaking in English. However this did not help as I am a fluent Spanish speaker and their English was not good enough to answer our questions in that language. WHen we asked where the nearest station to go into Valencia city centre was we were told to get a taxi into town as it was 'complicated'. Actually it was a straight railway line into the city centre. |

The staff were very friendly.As it was an overnight stay we did not have chance to see the facilities The Hotel was quite difficult to find easy to spot from the roundabout but getting to it was another matter. The Restaurant was closed we were expected to eat in the cafeteria which is very basic and was very noisy the austrian waiter very kindly opened the restaurant for us he saved the day. |

Very modern nice comfortable. Internet worked well. Breakfast was good. Great hotel for a stopover with a car. If you don't have a car, it's nowhere near Valencia it's in the middle of a light industrial park. You've got to drive for dinner because the hotel restaurant and bar is a bit too pricey for the location (i.e. they aren't the Hilton). They should put a cheap tapas bar/restaurant downstairs and more guests will actually eat there. |

The staff on the desk were very helpful and pleasant. Could not have asked for better. This might sound a little bit cheeky but as two of my guests did not speak Spanish, it would have been helpful for the menu (it was excellent)had been in English as well. Thank you. |

The rooms were clean and relatively spacious, and the price was cheap enough to justify a few days away. The included breakfast was reasonable. We were visiting Valencia for motorbike racing in Cheste (i.e. not a city-break) so it was in the middle of everything we needed. City is 12 miles away. We had booked a room with double-bed, but on arrival at the room found a twin (not for the first time in Europe). The receptionist tried to claim there were no other rooms (despite us not seeing more than a few people in the place all weekend) and it took the threat of us leaving for him to "find" another room. |

The rooms & the hotel were very modern & in a good shape. I think the hotel is only 1 year old. I never felt this good in a room for that price before! Very nice! The only small dislike I had was the water regulation in the shower. It changed from hot to cold and back. Well, but everyhing else was great. |

The hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful and warm. The indoor swimming pool was lovely. The tea and coffee at breakfast was never hot enough. |

very cloose to airport, only 5Kms. Easy to park Water temperature changes constantly from hot to cold during showering. - Located at industrial area far away from city center. No bath tube. I'll Stay again if I return to Valencia. |

Free internet connection, friendly and helpful staff. Internet connection very, very slow. "Buffet breakfast" poor, almost comparable to the dull "continental breakfast" in UK hotels. |

A very new, modern hotel with a decent hot/cold breakfast, a good restaurant and a cafe where substantial meals were available at very good prices. The hotel staff were very helpful going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommended. We loved the hotel but you need to be aware of the location. It is close to the airport but downtown was not easily accessible except by driving. We knew this and it was not a problem but guests should be aware the hotel is not in a location where you can go for a walk and see shops and restaurants. |

We liked everything about this hotel, it was excellent. The staff were helpful and informative, the food in both the cafeteria and the restaurant were faultless and our room was spotlessly clean. We will most definately return again on our way home to England. |
