Close to places I needed to go to. Nice decoration. Access to Internet Air conditioning, too cold and noisy and could not be adjusted. In hot weather, I had to have it on and bear the noise and freeze or turn it off and open the window and stew... The buffet breakfast was lousy and the price makes it a robbery. I should have been paid to even consider eating it. Disgusting croissants... |

Good sized apartment, clean and tidy, very quiet. Lovely cool courtyard. Could have done with a kettle in the room. There was a small hotplate but only one pan. |

Handy to the city Very basic in terms of self catering. No kettle very few utensils. Front room was very very noisy and could not get to sleep until 5am. Do not get a front room balcony apartment. Phone very expensive. Noisy square at night. TV reception average |

The place is very Spanish. Very homie. It has a small kitchen, small stove but we never use it. The room are huge, as well as the living room. Bathroom is small like most place in Europe. The receptionist is very helpful. About 10 minutes walk to the attractions. Many restaurants around and much cheaper than in the attractions area but most only speak Spanish. It doesn't bother me but there is a park/placa alameda de hecules has live concerts in the weekend and can be very noisy till 2-3 in the morning. Also the park is pretty stinky. |

No quarto onde ficámos era sossegado e calmo. Apenas um senão, não tinha vista para a rua, mas ai não há nada a fazer, mas durante a estadia não houve qualquer problema. |

Отель с очень приятным интерьером.Очень чистый просторный 2 комнатный номер с кухней, оборудованной самой необходимой кухонной посудой(кроме чайника или кофеварки) . Легко найти.До центральных торговых улиц (Змеиной, Tetuan) 5-7мин, до Кафедр. собора меньше 20мин.С удовольствием приехала бы еще Дополнить кухню чайником или кофеваркой |

Centraal gelegen hotel/appartementencomplex. Aan de buitenkant niet te zien, maar binnen een schitterend appartementencomplex, die bestaat uit meerdere aan een patio (binnenplaats) gelegen appartementen (4 hoog). Echt Spaans, romantisch, idyllisch en autentiek. Ruim appartement, bestaande uit woonkamer, slaapkamer, douche en keuken. Alles voorzien van goede airco. Beschikt over een eigen garage. Enigzins gehorige appartement, wanneer de bovenburen gebruiken maken van het toilet, het net leek of dat bij ons het toilet/douche werd gebruikt (bevonden ons op de begane grond, mogelijk dat op verdieping hiervan geen sprake was). Verder was het ontbijt (wat wij overigens niet geboekt hadden twv € 8 pp) zeer karig. Derhalve voor diensten/faciliteiten een matige score. |

Los tres patios andaluces a los que dan las habitaciones/apartamentos y la tranquilidad que se respira. La zona en la que esá situado es muy agradable y con buen ambiente sevillano, lejos de los lugares típicamente turísticos. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y algunos huéspedes son muy ruidosos. Los baños necesitarían una reforma. |

su ubicación, a unos 10 min andando del centro y la zona está muy bien, muchos bares y buen ambiente, el personal muy amable. no había ascensor para subir a la habitación y tuvimos que cargar con las maletas. |

Me ha parecido un sitio con mucho encanto andalúz, me parece precioso, el interior con los patios llenos de plantas y las escaleras. Elegí el hotel por precio y ubicación y porque en internet me pareció muy bonito. Es una pena que esté tan descuidado en la pintura del edificio. Mi estancia ha sido en habitación de oferta 60 €, esta habitación en precio normal son 115 €, aunque sea un apartamento me parece caro para las instalaciones que no están mal, pero no para ese precio que además sube en Semana Santa y Feria. En general me ha gustado, es bonito, acogedor y céntrico. |
