Food at the hotel's restaurant especially beef steak. The hotel manager very well train in what he do. The located is superb. Most of the hotel sraff are not speak English. There was only 4 staff such as receptionist and the manager can speak English. Even more, seem the chef dont know what is on the menu, cooked our meals wrong for 3 times. This hotel probably cater only riches Spanish people. If you cant speak Spanish, I rather reccommend you not to stay in this hotel. Do not go to Vigo during winter bcoz of the rain. |

Gorgeous bathroom, nice beds, beautiful building, amenities that fit a 5 star hotel Service was definititely not 5 star. Had to wait everywhere to get service, or even ask for it: at the reception waiting for 5 mins, at the breakfast room had to ask to be helped after 10 mins waiting, at the bar we had to ask reception to send someone to serve us (did not occur to them to do that themselves). And shower was not superhot water. |

The hotel is outstanding. Once we got there we could not have been more satisfied with the setting, the facilities, the food, the staff. (Even if we did have to change our room to accommodate King Juan Carlos and his entourage.) |

.Très bel hôtel de luxe, chambres magnifiques, personnel aimable,belle vue mer et situation tranquille à 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Vigo. La documentation laisse supposer que l'hôtel est directement en bord de mer. Tel n'est pas le cas.Il s'agit davantage d'un hôtel d'affaires que de séjour balnéaire. |

Goed gelegen aan de rand van Vigo met goed ontbijt, goede restaurant. Zwembad was niet open tijdens de week, na aandringen toch een ligzetel en handdoek kunnen bekomen , onvoorstelbaar in een ***** hotel |

É um Hotel simpático, acolhedor. Está situado numa zona agradável e calma. O seviço do hotel é bom. Não se devia pagar para ter acesso à piscina interior. No vosso site aparece a piscina interior, mas não refere que tem, que se pagar para ter acesso á mesma. O hotel foi escolhido por ter piscina interior. Já fiquei em muitos hoteis com piscina interior e nunca paguei para ter acesso á mesma. |

La habitación superior es maravillosa,una cama enorme y unas vistas sin igual. El personal fue muy amable,tanto en Recepción como en Restauración y spa. El Restaurante, tiene una carta muy pobre y un precio muy exagerado para lo que es la comida en sí, no nos sorprendió en nada,la verdad nos quedamos disgustados con el Restaurante. No así con el personal que fue muy correcto durante todo el servicio. |
