Very obliging and helpful staff and excellent Conference facilities The junior suites in the garden area were damp so we moved rooms immediately |

Secluded location, good sized rooms and v. good restaurant facilities albeit very beautiful complex retaining indigenous trees on steep hillside location the whole area was overly shaded and minimal opportunity for sunbathing... especially in room balconies and pool areas |

Piękne krajobrazy, taras z barem, baseny, przestronność, usytuowanie hotelu w cichym, spokojnym miejscu W dzień urodzin mojej żony jedna restasuracja była zarezerwowana, a w drugiej serwowali 2 dania do wyboru. Taka sytuacja jest niedopuszczalna w takim hotelu. Na szczęście pojechaliśmy do miasta polecamy El Gaucho Steak House, lepiej wcześniej rezerwować. |

Ruhige Lage des Hotels, Abendessen, Blick von derTerrasse, Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, gute Sportmöglichkeiten Unser Zimmer im "Bettenturm" war leider sehr dunkel, kaum Tageslicht trotz Balkon, sehr langer Weg dorthin, Bademäntel für das Schwimmbad erst nach 2. Tagen, Personal war mit einem fast ausgebuchten Hotel beim Frühstück / Wäsche völlig überfordert |

Mitarbeiter alle sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist Traumhaft und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Fast 40,00 Euro für HP pro Tag für ein Kleinkind 3 Jahre zu verbuchen ist deutlich überzogen und es wurde weder in der Hotelbeschreibung noch bei Ankunft in irgend einer weise darauf hingewiesen wie teuer die HP für unsere 3 Jährige Enkeltochter sein wird,wir fühlen uns in dieser hinsicht Geneppt !! La organización del personal es muy mala. Las esperas para que nos dieran mesa. La reposición de las comidas, era muy larga, tenias que hacer esperas si querias comer lo deseado. El spa es muy pequeño, y estaba muy lleno, tenias que esperar mucho tiempo para poder ir al jacuzzi, sauna, etc |

Freundlichkeit, hohe Qualität, ruhige Lage, einfach alles Perfekt, keinerlei Ärger. Wir beabsichtigen in den kommenden Wochen einen 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass wenn man zu Fus nach Paguera möchte, eine Wegbeschreibung im Zimmer liegt. Wir hatten uns einige male verlaufen. Die Route vom Flughafen zum Hotel, stimmt nicht ganz. Die Ausfahrt ist die Nr. 20 und nicht wie beschrieben die Nr.18. Sollte evtl. korregiert werden. |

Me ha gustado mucho, el trato del personal, las instalaciones, la ubicación, las vistas el entorno, la comida y desayuno estaban muy bien. No me ha gustado la limpieza de la habitación ya que existia polvo y el mobiliario está anticuado por la calidad que debe ofrecer un hotel de 4 estrellas, al llegar al hotel encontramos pelos en el baño, polvo en las mesas y al dia siguiente en la limpieza no se esmeraron y también fue deficiente. |

Lo más nos gustó fue la localización del hotel que permitía desde nuestra habitación ver el mar. El spa estaba muy bien a pesar de tener dimensiones pequeñas. El desayuno era muy variado y con un horario muy amplio desde las 7:30h hasta las 11h. Había wifi en el hotel gratuito, pero no llegaba a la habitación por lo que tuvimos que pedir un cable de red. |
