The personnel was really helpful and kind, especially the bar tenders at the swimming pool and the Maître d'Hôtel at the Dinning Room.The hotel is very clean and there's nothing to complain about |

This hotel is more for germain people! you don´t have shower gel and shampoo. The choice of food is quite poor, but good for its price |

The staff would always go out there way to please the guests, they were very happy helping me with anything i wanted to make my stay more enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable slept like a baby! and the air con was a god send! The only thing i can think of is the hotel being on a hill, not a problem for my stay but for anybody in a wheel chair it might be hard going up and down the hill every day. |

First of all very nice and helpfull staff with great and cheerful Vittore-chief of the restaurant. Abondant meals. Very clean and well equipped room. Nice view, peacefull area, very close to the big sandy beach. Easy to park in the very nearby. |

het eten was prima in verhouding tot de prijs. Je moest buitenom naar het restaurant lopen en voor mensen met COPD best moeilijk door enkele trappen en een helling.We waren de laatste gasten van het seizoen.Veel drank was al op en werd ook niet bijbesteld. |

Net verzorgde kamers en overige ruimten zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het eten. Het ontbijtt kende weinig variatie kwaliteit net voldoende. Het diner kwaliteit net aan voldoende eten onvoldoende warm. Zowel friet als rijst waren regelmatig niet gaar en ook niet warm genoeg. Men probeerde wel voldoende te variatie aan te bieden iedere dag keuze uit zowel vlees als vis tevens vers fruit maar weinig andere nagerechten.Het hotel was te veel gericht op Duitsers er wordt nauwelijks rekening gehouden met overige nationaliteiten zeker in het aanbod van de tv zenders. |

То, что учли мою просьбу (при бронировании) и перевели в номер в главном корпусе. Правда через только две ночи. Цена номера в хозяйственном корпусе должна быть меньше цены номера в главном хдании |

Le service au buffet, personnel très gentil. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon et coin table super bien un hôtel réservé qu'aux allemands, les receptionnistes ne parlent même pas espagnol, juste allemand ! alors on vit et mange exclusivement allemand |

i.h.a. vriendelijk personeel, we konden ons goed redden met Duits of Engels. Het lag niet te ver van het strand en in een rustige omgeving. Rustige en gemoedelijke sfeer het zwembad was erg klein en de trapjes bij het zwembad waren niet goed, mijn oude moeder had er moeite mee om het zwembad uit te komen.Het hotel lag tegen een heuvel, ook dat bleek voor mijn moeder zwaar en dit heb ik niet in de beschrijving kunnen lezen.Ik heb een paar keer gevraagd of het buitenlicht gerepareerd kon worden, na de 3e keer was het voor elkaar. De tv werkte niet goed, ben ik ook 3 x voor geweest. |

Csendes helyen található a szálloda, de közel a tengerhez és a sétálóutcához. Félpanziós reggelinél nagy választék, de minden nap ugyanaz, vacsoránál nagy és változatos választék. Klimatizált, tiszta szoba, segítőkész személyzet. |

Accueil et gentillesse du personnel. Prix bon marché pour un mois de juillet. climatisation trop faible. Nous avions dans un premier temps une chambre au 2ème (et dernier) étage, exposée au soleil tout l'après midi et la climatisation était insuffisante. Suite à notre demande une autre chambre au 1er étage nous a été proposée deux jours après où la température était plus convenable. Par ailleurs le buffet n'était pas très varié. |

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren schoon en en werden ook elke dag schoon gemaakt. Ligging is perfect (100 meter van het strand). Het eten was van lage kwaliteit en erg gericht op de Duitse gasten. Wat betekend dat er veel vettig eten werd geserveerd. |

El personal del hotel intentó solucionarme los problemas que tuvimos con éxito - Tenía 4 habitaiones reservadas 6 meses antes y el día que llegué había problemas con 2, nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel cercano sin aire acondicionado, sin televisión y el desayuno era lamentable. - El hotel torá es el típico hotel de costa que no se merece las tres estrellas, dos como mucho. Las habitaciones correctas pero la comida muy mala y había que pagar la bebida a parte en la media pensión. Menos mal que, por lo menos, era relativamente barato. Nota media de todo: un 4/10 |

El Hotel está bien situado. Está a cien metros de la playa y de la avenida donde estan las tiendas. Es muy rápido coger la autovía que te lleva a Palma. Nos imaginabamos tener una instancia con mayor calidad ya que hemos estado en hoteles de una categoria inferior (dos estrellas) que ofrecían la misma calidad a un precio más bajo. |

Lunchpaket am frühen Morgen Tischzuweisung im Speisesaal für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Keine Möglichkeit im Freien zu essen. Außenanlage ungepflegt. Musikanlage im Zimmer war nicht vorhanden. |

Balie personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam,kamer eenvoudig maar schoon.Ontbijt was simpel maar voldoende en van redelijke kwaliteit. Het avondeten was zeer matig,bediening daar ronduit erg aanwezig en onplezierig.Het valt niet mee om je auto kwijt te kunnen in omringende straten.Wij hadden een kamer naast de receptie,erg gehorig! |
