Location in city centre, friendly staff, good value for money I wish they differentiated the selection of muffins for the breakfast. All of them are very sweet and it gets a bit annouying after 2 days. I would prefer something non-sweet as well, something with cheese, sausage or just plain bagettes with some butter. Some yoghurt would be great as well. In the first morning I was surprised that they serve the breakfast at the lobby near entrance door but later on I realized that you can take your breakfast to your room and that's actually fine, almost breakfast in bed :) Before booking I looked through all the commentaries on the website and I'm surprised why so many people complain about noise. Well, I noticed some regular bum-bum-bum (I guess that's metro) but it wasn't noisy enough to disturb my night sleep. I guess I was also lucky with calm neighbours :) |

The location is excellent, very closed to Placa Catalunya. The room were very clean and the stuff was very friendly. The breakfast shouldn't be called this way, as it consists of croissants, muffins and so on(only sweet stuff). |

Staff were really very friendly and good at their jobs- whether that be giving directions or information and even remembering which room I was in. My room was not ready at checkin which was at about 3pm |

Hotel Staff was very very helpful. Location was right in the heart of city. Small rooms yet comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good but coffee machine could be kept open 24 by 7. |

Central location, close to main square and metro. The room was just behind the reception. First I thought it was a luggage room or a night shed for the receptionist. I heard him even clipping his nails, not mentioning watching TV 24/7. I had to turn on the TV while using the toilet to disguise bathroom noises. The window was covered with fixed wooden plates. No view from the room, though, so not much difference. |

Location is very convenient; guys on reception spoke good English and were very friendly. The price of 35 EUR for single-room. This is a very very basic hotel. Nothing more but to have spend a night. |

The staff were always friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well serviced each day, the setting in the heart of Barcelona ideal for my needs. The breakfast was very limited. The facilites are clearly restrained, but something savoury rather than only sweet food would help a diabetic such as myself.. |

The room is too small and only for one person instead of two. It clearly that they add a bed just outside the bathroom to make it a twin room! After putting our baggages inside the room, there are no more space! |

The hotel was really close to the center of Barcelona, and had great access to public transportation. The beds were also fairly comfortable, and the shower clean. The staff was friendly, and I felt as though my belongings were secure there. All in all, it was a decent place to crash for a few nights. The stupid doorbell! You have to ring a doorbell to get into the hotel, which wasn't a problem. However, once we were in our room, we could hear the doorbell every time somebody else wanted to get into the hotel. This got old really quickly. I'm guessing that somebody complained, because eventually, the doorbell no longer made noise. In general, noise really traveled through the walls. |

The room was quite nice, spacious, reception staff very friendly and helpfull. Continental breakfast was a joke. Tiny longlife doughnuts and coffee shouldn't be called breakfast. The room was also very noisy - fitting a double glazings in would be a solution. And the cleaner - an old lady was quite moody... |

The cleanliness of the hotel the guy on reception spoke good English, and the hotel represented very good value for money The hotel could be seen from the outside as there was a sign outside a bedroom a few storeys up but we were a little unsure at first on how to get to reception There was no sign downstairs. Breakfast was basic and couldn't be classed as continental but it was ok |
