Its very central position. The excellent breakfast they offer (coupled to a very reasonable price for rooms). |

The hotel had a good location in the center of Santa Cruz and the room was quite nice and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was also quite good, although no fresh fruits were available. I think it was a good value for money. The room itself had no safe box, but it was possible to rent a safe box from the room near the reception - however the price, 4 euros per day, was quite high. |

The hotel is located closely the transportation services (bus central station). The hotel is not so far from shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel was really too noisy on every morning (from 5-6 am). It was difficult to communicate with staff (English is not very well known by them). |

Location was very good in the heart of the city, but in a quiet, leafy pedestrianised street. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was funny shape, basic, but fine. Breakfast was excellent with friendly dining room manager, and wide variety. |

The location of the hotel during carnival time is absoultely perfect if you are planning on partying until 8am every morning. The staff were great, friendly and helpful (although no English, so a little difficult to communicate). Clean, efficient and central - did just what it said on the tin :) If you want a quiet night during carnival, don't stay here! Also, it would have been nice to have been able to communicate a little easier, but me not speaking Spanish is my problem I guess, not theirs. |

Friendly welcome, English understood if not widely spoken by staff, helpful local information concerning road closure due to the Carnaval. This is a Bed and Breakfast set up, Breakfast is on the mezzanine floor not served by the 2 lifts. Staircases are steep, therefore could be a problem if you, or a member of your group has mobility problems. My only experience of Santa Cruz in this hotel was in Carnaval time. Loud music not stopping sometimes until 7.30am, lots of people thronging the streets not ideal for some people, however I would certainly return, the air conditioning was brilliant (tested, but not necessary) |

Very central for amenities. There was a fair amount of noise at night, people sounding as if they were moving furniture. |

The lopcation is really excellent since it is in a very nice pedestrain walkway and witin 30 m of the waterfront and harbour for cruise ships and ferries. This could also be better presented - maybe by more pictures- in the internet. The hotel staff could not ir did not want to give information about the charges for parking in the underground parking facility. We got stung by the exorbitant fees for a two days of parking. After that we found free parking in the roads nearby. This should all be better explained in your internet presentation and again when guests arrive by car. |

The hotel is located in the downtown, however in the calm and pedestrian zone. I like all about the hotel. Suggestion is to eventually provide a parking place for those having a car |

Location Lack of parking near the hotel. The coffee from the machine for breakfast was disgusting. When we asked for fresh no mention was made of an extra charge. Had to check for mosquitos every night before going to bed. We killed about 12 and we could see marks wear other people had also killed them |

Muy buena localización, precio razonable. Algún detalle como las habitaciones algo chicas, o renovar un poco los cuartos de baño. |
