Minimalist decor, great bathroom, large bed If you want to get some sleep on Friday or Saturday night, ask for a room at the back. There is a disco (which you can't hear) very close to the hotel but when people leave they hang around in the street for hours, talking, laughing and singing. We got hardly any sleep the first night and changed rooms to one at the back, which was fine. |

Breakfast was good enough. The room was clean and tidy. First of all, this is not an art hotel. The bed had wheels and it was not double as i ordered. Two beds with wheels!!! They throught out our new magazines and newspapers (the second day) which we had brought from Greece. I didnt like that the toilet was in the room, seperated with a glass. Didnt like that after they took for replacing the (one) bathing wrap, they ever replaced. |

Central location, free wireless, ambiance. The room was unbearably hot. Had to keep the window open the entire time with heating turned off in mid winter. The heating system smelt like it was on fire. Some hotel staff were friendly and helpful some were not. |

Placed in a nice neighbourhood, really calm The beds were very hard and the pillows were just thin foam, we could not use the massage shower since it made the whole room wet; and the drain of the shower was not working wel; so no long showers, on risk of fludding. The staff at the reception was not organised and not very friendly. |

The location in the city surrounded by shops. We asked to change room to have a bath for our baby and the staff was very professional. No restaurant open in the week-end, although surrounded by restaurant in the neighborhood. No efficient dry-cleaning (drop of Saturday not ready for Monday) which is surprising for a 4-star hotel, had to go downtown to drop my husband suit. |

The location was perfect. Staff were friendly. Design was nice. The noise of the night club and people shouting in the Jorge Juan street all night. |

Great location - nice area and close to metro; a pleasant 25-minute walk to the Prado. Rooms very well designed, with trendy decor and free internet. They also have basic laptops in the rooms. Staff friendly. Breakfast ok but not worth 16 euro |

Great location! Can walk to El Prado through the park. The noise from the street was too much first thing in the morning and I didn't like the glass bathroom which was inside the room. The staff were great and moved me to another room immediately to a much quieter room which had a separate bathroom although there was no privacy as the glass door was directly in front of the toilet! |

Felt at home at all times. Excellent service and attention. Centric location and at the same time more quite and safer than at the center of the city. Hallways are too dark and stuffy [no AC in the hallways]. |

The hotel is really trendy. It is situted in a nice area with lots of designer shops to visit. There was a laptop in every room which was handy. Just beware the bathroom is surrounded by a glass wall, some might like it, some people might not!! |

Su situación muy céntrica y cercano al parque de El Retiro. La habitación familiar (para 4 personas) resulta agobiante por su tamaño. Otro punto negativo es que no tenga parking. |

This 4-star hotel is just a few steps from Parque del Buen Retiro and Madrid’s Golden Triangle of Art, the highest concentration of world-class art museums in the world. |
With a warm and welcoming style, this modern hotel is well located in the famous Gran Vía of Madrid, close to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Plaza de España. |
Set just behind the glorious Retiro Park, this modern hotel is just a pleasant walk away from some of Madrid’s most impressive sights. |
