The facilities are amazing, awesome high tech fi-out with all the bells and whistles one could want. We were on our honeymoon and loved it. Perfect location right near Puerta del Sol. Nothing, absolutely perfect. We left at 5am in the morning and the pleasant desk officer ordered us a cab to make sure we wouldn't miss our flight.Would reccommend this hotel to all !! |

the closeness to plaza mayor and el sol. Also they should be explicit and say they supply a laptop for in room use. I took mine and never had to use it. No, The hotel is within walking distance of everything one wants to see in Madrid. I lived in Madrid as a child and visit the city every couple of years and this is the destination I choose for comfort, security, accessability to all. |

this is indeed a high-tech hotel. we particulatly enjoyed the location, easily walkable to all major sights in madrid. the facility was extremely modern and wonderfully, for my 23 year old son, included free access to an in-room laptop with wifi. the room was plenty big enough for my husband, my son and me. |

Good value and good location. It was difficult to find initially even with taxi driver. We thought the room would have three signle beds but only had a double and a pull down, this was misleading on the website. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. If you don't have a room with three beds you should not advertise as such. We complained and the hotel offered to move us to a family room the next night. |

The room was extremely clean and well kept. We stayed in the room for 4 and enjoyed a big balcony where we could sit in the open air and relax. The beds were spacious. The laptop in the room service was wonderful. The location was excellent. |

The location was excellent, near the Plaza Mayor. The room was very comfortable, with a writing desk and internet access. Our room (101) was directly above the automatic sliding doors at the front entrance, which created too much noise during the night. The management turned off the doors for us. The bathroom has little privacy, with glass doors. |
