Good central location; right next to shops and Picasso Museum. Very basic facilities. Room not spacious as described. Staff had poor local knowledge. Poor house-keeping. Not as clean as I would expect. I pre-ordered a cot and was provided with a broken cot bed that I had to make do with for three nights. |

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. Free internet access with laptop provided in the room which was handy. It was a bit too 'high tech'. The shower was tricky to operate and not very practical. The 'cool' opaque bathroom door didn't allow for any real privacy which is not good if you're friends sharing the room. Few facilities in the room for a 4 star hotel. |

It's position was ideal, the accommodation was spacious and the computer access was very appreciated. A little noisy - but then there were roadworks around the hotel so this should improve considerably. |

It was close to the city center and about a 15 minute walk to the beach The hotel staff was less than helpful, and the rooms left much to be desired when it came to comfort. Beware of hidden fees...ended up paying 20% more than my booking.com price quote. |

I liked that it was really, modern look, very nice and varied breakfast, including many fresh fruits, eggs, a lot of variety. feels like you are in 21st century. Also very central located. Staff very helpful, English speaking, with bus schedules and dinner recommendations. Includes laptop and internet in room! The shower is a bit too futuristic, and it would help if it would have some instructions as to how to operate it. Also no hooks or towel support next to shower stall. Also no hair conditioner provided. Also in the room there is no mirror and no hooks to hang stuff outside the closet. also no place/support to put the luggage on, except on floor. |

Great central location right next to the shopping streets in Malaga. Directions to hotel could be a little bit better as it is in a pedestrianised area. |

nice and clean room, helpful staff, there was a computer with free access to the internet in the room, very modern bathroom the rooms look quite noisy though, you could very easily hear people in the surrounding rooms, but this wasn't really a problem |

Front desk is very proffesional and ready to help. The lack of parking facility, we had to park our car 8 blocks awayand carrying a suit case is not and easy task. AC was not working and the technician kept saying it was and we have to get a front desk person to see for herself that the AC was not working, she changed us to a new room. |

Friendly staff, lovely rooms, great breakfast, superb city centre location. However what really impressed us was the bed and bowl set in the room for our dog. For once we felt that he was really welcome rather than merely tolerated as in many hotels. He loved the bed. |

Computer supplied is great. Central location. Competitive pricing. Friendly desk staff. Terrible lighting in room. Insufficient surfaces in bathroom for make-up etc. No help offered with baggage. Door-stop in room is positively dangerous! |

Family friendly for teenagers, internet in room, within walking distance to many sights, clean and friendly. It's a little tricky to find ... kind of back in a corner, but well worth the hunt. |

Very comfortable, clean room with wonderful shower...and in a good location. First room offered was a smoking room but we were relocated immediately to a non-smoking room as originally requested. |

The location of the hotel is fantastic: right in the centre of the city and only moments away from some fabulous restaurants and bars as well as the cultural sights of Malaga. Although check-in is advertised as 12 we were unable to get into our room until 2 and after a very long journey, this was disappointing. |
