Staff were very helpfull and polite. Girls on the reception speak exellent english. Notebook was available in the room as well as free wi-fi for private laptop. Temporary road repair works in front of the hotel. |

The room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff on reception spoke english which was very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and a good selection. It is a pity there was no bar. |

design AIr conditioning did not work. There were hair on the floor in the bathroom. The glass door does not prevent water from flooding if the jets are used in the bathroom |

This is a very centrally located hotel and flly deserves a 4 star rating No - the hotel and the pleasant reception provided all my needs during stay in Madrid |

The staff spoke great English and were very helpful. The hotel was very close to the metro and close to Gran Via. The room was modern and clean. |

The air con did not really work in our room. The temperature in the room stayed at around 26C the whole time, which is a little too hot considering that it is 35C outside and that a cool room is always appreciated after a long day outside. |

great location,friendly staff, free water, comfortable room this hotel's modern decoration is not bad, but not so fit for family trip (corridor is dark..etc). And reception is too small, check in procedure takes quite a long time. But not a big deal. I liked this hotel globally. |

location the carpet smells profuselly in the two rooms I tried. It badly needs to be changed or properly cleaned. windows should open to ensure propoer ventilation - otherwise, the air con should work always, not only when one is in the room. |

Location -Good. Breakfast- Good variety....except coffee machine which is too slow and broke down every 10 mins or so. Toaster not suitable for numbers having breakfast, with much burnt toast (Pop-up would be better) Already filled in hotel survey - but every room needs a Full Length mirror, and every room needs a 'make-up' mirror on the Dressing Table.Showers need extra door, curtain to ensure bathroom floor is not totally flooded afterfirst shower. |

The website said each room of the hotel had a notebook computer and wifi internet for free and well they literally did. But the computer was superslow and the wifi was really dull so they actually did not really have a computer nor the internet in every room. same as above. The hotel's ads about themselves, "We provide each of our rooms with a notebook computer and have wifi for free." Such a fake ad. |

Clean , central , efficient staff.Hi tech was nice however no adobe reader available in our room so we had to get Hotel staff to download info we needed for us! Found hotel expensive as we were not allowed to take just one room - which would have been plenty big enough for 3 small kids and 2 parents. Only 4 allowed to a room which added condideraly to our weekend. Expensive considering it was bed only. |
