The breakfast bar was oké. Internet for free. Pleasant that we could stay with the family in one room. It is very dark inside. Our entrance key worked not very well, so it was always a question if we could get in. Not a bar in the hotel. |

Perfect location for our purposes, eating tapas in the old part of town.. very short stroll from the hotel, and also great for shopping because its just off Gran Via. The rooms are tight when sharing with friends but well kept and I love the bathrooms. We shared a 'triple room' and they had only set up 2 of the beds, we had to remind them and also ask for the extra towel. At night around the area there are some less savoury people but the hotel had good security. |

We went shopping and visited some museums. We also toured the city center and tried a bunch of different cafes and restaurants. The bunk bed room was really tiny. |

I liked the look of the hotel, the way the corridors were lit, the design features in the rooms and the free wifi was a very good addition. The bathroon doors left very little to be desired. If you were of a prudish nature and a shy boul, taking it in turns to leave the room so the other can go about there business can become tiresome. |

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Grand Via metro station. The hydroshower in the relatively spacious bathroom is great. The room is extremely small. Given the small size of the room, the room rental is rather expensive. The blanket is not clean and hair can be found on it. |

The location was central to the city and made walking around easy. The subway was only one block away making airport connection simple. The penthouse suite has a nice opening skylight. The only bed set up available for our stay was 2 twin bed pushed together where 1 double would have been preferred. |

The hotel location is good near shopping area, there is metro station less than 100m. The hotel have all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was good for the value you pay. few of the staff knew english very well. The breakfast area is small. |

Use of computer/internet. Hotel location. Our room was extremely dark. You would not want to open the window curtains because the window looked into another room only maybe 5 feet away, so there would be absolutely no privacy if the curtains were open. Based on our room we would not stay here again, but we do not know what the other rooms were like. |

Location, staff friendliness & competency. Breakfast area is too small (7-8 tables only) and always occupied. Rooms are small with cheap decor pretending to be stylish (hello, IKEA :))) The bathroom door is made of glass and has no lock, which is not very convenient for the shy people. |

nice decoration, very modern. It is well located and just a few steps from the metro station (Gran Via). The room was really small! We had to change room as the first one had a twin bed instead of a double bed as required. The second bedroom was also very small and with a constant bad smell. It was hard to sleep with so much noise during the night as the room was located on the ground floor on the same corridor that has access to the cleaning room and kitchen. |

location! It was a little dark, no hallway lights at least on floor 1. There seemed to be some burned out lights in the room, but we didn't ask as we weren't in the room very much! |

Very central and accessible for all the main tourist attractions in the city. A quiet atmosphere and although our room was next to the lift we heard no noise from it in the room. Very easy to check out even at 4am because we had an early flight. Recurrent problems with the door key card - perhaps the system is too sensitive? |
