helpfull staff, location, fit out of room...computer in room and excellent shower. There are a lot of reviews on this site that make it sound like it is too noisy or showers too small. Even the average fatest arsed American could wash their pet elephant in the shower |

Location! Location! Location! Next to the Sevilla Metro Station. Next to Starbucks. One metro station away from Puertas del Sol. The room was very good. High tech hotel (my room was equipped with a portable computer). |

Room was nicely decorated/equipped and staff was helpful. Hotel was also conveniently located near all companies I needed to visit. There was no real window in my room. |

The location of the property, convenient to most all of the attractions, and the breakfast room. The Hotel concept is very good. There were several things I did not like, rooms were dark, halls were dark, insufficient water pressure for the shower, Business Center equipment did not work (printers), though the hotel staff was more than willing to help with printing out material, boarding passes, etc. Rooms were too small for two people, but great for one. |

Friendly helpful staff, central location, clean. Rooms could do with an overhaul - tap was not fixed properly to sink, for example. |

Good location in the city center, walking distance to all major sightseeing points. Laptop provided in the room is really good idea, don´t have to carry one with you. Breakfast-room was very spacious with beautiful views to the city. Our room was much smaller than we expected in 4**** hotel, also a little bit too dark |

Location, Breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff The decor was probably a little dark for some people's taste. It didn't matter much to us Regarding Q 4, we are neither a young couple (which I regard as under 30ish) or mature (which I regard as over 55), but I have chosen young as we hope to have 35 plus more years of travelling. age groupings might be better here |

The hotel was quiet but in a great location - easy walking distance to lots of Points of Interest in Madrid. Best of all, though, was the shower - wwwwooowww!! The decor in the room was a bit 'masculine' [heavy grey] for a couple!! |

Proximity to all major city sites. The reception staff were very efficient. However, the room did not have all amenities, for example there was no shampoo or bath gel after the first day and we had to ask the reception. |

We enjoyed the whole experience, the situation of the hotel was excellent the rooms were comfortable, the staff very pleasant. The breakfast was often cold having been put out too early i imagine., otherwise the food was good and there was plenty for everyone .It would have been helpful if there was local information readily available, staff were always helpful but often busy , information about the metro , buses ,places of interest etc. would have helped a lot. |

The staff was really great: my husband is on a wheelchair, and they gave us all the support we need! Furthermore the position is great Maybe the rooms are not so big, and the hotel is more a 3 stars than a 4 stars, but the price is good |

Location and evening staff The hotel is unkind to travelers. The entry has a long stairway w/o lift for baggage. They turn off one of two elevators that are very small lifts (1 person/1bag). Non-smoking room requested, electrical plug in bath open and exposed as safety hazard |

The costumer service was kind and very attentious / laptop with internet in my room was very useful. Facilities are good. Breakfast was great. The room was non-smoking and even on a non-smoking floor which was great as I didn't feel no smoke at all. Rooms aren't very big but space is very well used and there is nothing missing. I just could have a better view from the window than the wall of a of a building on the back but as I didn't spent much time on the room was fine. There are other rooms with view for the front street as the doors are just turned that way. |

Choice location near Plaza del Sol but away from the worst of the crowds. Free wireless, good breakfast, extremely clean. Staff was great - our AC wasn't working and they had it fixed right away. This chain (they have several scattered around the city) is a hidden gem in Madrid - good rooms at a very reasonable price. The frosted glass wall between the bathroom and sleeping room. A bit disconcerting, and when you turn on the bathroom light it lights up the whole room, which is disturbing to someone who might still be sleeping. |

The computer was cool, ran Linux (major props for that) and was seemingly unhackable. The room was nice, had a cool view as well. Walking distance from the Plaza Mayor. Its closeness to the Plaza made it possible for us to eat at the Botin restaurant, the oldest restaurant in the world, which was awesome! Also, the free bottle of whiskey was a nice touch :) Would gladly stay again The shower's drain was very slow, and the elevators were tiny. |
