The easy access to the city centre; the very friendly and helpful staff at the reception! no parking facilities; the warm breakfast buffet was practically empty every single day even though we always arrived 1-1.5 hours prior to closing! |

Excellent location - right in the city centre but quiet location. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Use of free laptop and internet is an excellent idea, as are the bikes, although we didn't try them. Would definitely stay again when we next visit. Bathroom design meant access to the toilet was very restricted. My husband is a tall man, though not fat, and he found the shoulder and elbow room very tight. On two of the three mornings, breakfast was not up to three star standard. The coffee machine produced tiny amounts of tasteless grey liquid - very slowly - and quite a lot of things had run out - we werent that late either. |

It was located in a very central area for easy access to the Cities history. We were able to walk to many of the local sites and amenities. The front desk staff were very helpful and recommended a great restaurant. There was a bit of street noise that was heard even on the seventh floor. |

central position, in the earth of city Air quality & circulation in the room was poor. Air conditioning of adjacent room was (maybe because broken) very noise and we could not sleep for one night. They changed us the room for one night. |

comfortable bed; very noisy - doors slamming and people shouting down corridors till after 1am; some parts of room dirty; wifi not working - wires hanging out of the wall; room far too hot and air conditioning not working (in spite of being told twice that it would be fixed); no blind in bathroom, so room became light too early |

Clean hotel and rooms, polite and helpful staff, great breakfast, good value and central location. Our room did not have great views and when the windows were opened for ventilation we could smell the drains - possible as the room overlooked the central lightwell. |

Excellent location, very nice staff, the cleanliness, a very nice breakfast buffet with special service (have foodintolerance). It was not possible to reserve singleroom for a lower price, only dooble room for single use. Expencive for those who needs singleroom. |

Bonne situation avec pc portable dans la chambre mais sans parking. Chambre assez petite, odeur de cigarette dans la chambre pour une chambre non fumeur.Douche hydromassante fonctionnait très mal.Un peu déçu par l'hotel. |

Gentillesse et prévenance du personnel Les photos des chambres et des locaux sont mieux que la réalité +++ Couloirs défraîchis, peinture arrachée. Ce serait bien de finir la décoration de l'hôtel car ça ne correspond pas exactement à 3 étoiles fraçaises... |
