I did like the hotel and all was fine. The room and breakfast was very good, as well as the internet/computer in the lobby were very usefull for me. The only negative point was the smell that came from the toilet. Smell of the canalization was coming this way into the room.The terrace was also a great thing to have on the 6th floor. The smell from the canalization was coming into the room through the toilet. |

Generally a nice place, good room, close to train station, free wireless worked great (with my laptop). A few minor issues - computer in the room was so slow as to be useless, elevator needs some work, room smelled odd. But, as I mentioned, these were minor. |

The situation of the hotel was lovely - located in a very traditional part of the town in small and quiet back streets. It was lovely to look down on the streets from your balcony in the morning/evening. Yet very close to the old town (10 minutes stroll) and only a few minutes stroll from the main train station and bull ring. |

We chose this hotel for its excellent location near railway station and close to old city. The staff were most helpful with any of our queries. Rooms were very comfortable, breakfasts were varied and generous. |

The breakfast buffet was nice. The internet was out for an entire evening and night. They call themselves the "high tech" hotel, but the man working at the front desk could not fix the internet problem. The morning staff did produce internet, but I'm still quite annoyed at this. |

Very clean rooms, excellent showers, quiet at night. Yes. I had no blankets on the bed. There was only a token half blanket on the bed. I looked in the wardrobe but didn't see any blankets in it. I was cold in bed at night. I could have used a couple of blankets to be warmer and sleep better. |

central location close to all amenities, nicely decorated rooms which made our stay pleasant, internet access from rooms, helpful staff quality of breakfast poor for the price offered, very slow internet connection, bad sound insulation, we could hear people next door and in the corridor (it was not a real issue, but again we did not have noisy neighbours) |

staff were always there and very helpful. rooms were modern and had everything including interenet plus a nice little balcony We ordered a double room but got given two single beds which were pushed together....proved to be highly uncomfortable when sharing a bed with my other half. it is my only complaint but a strong one. |
