Great location to sites we wanted to visit. Also had a quad family room available which was a nice feature. Also liked the fact that we had internet access in the room. Very convenient. Nothing comes to mind. |

Great Location; a quiet street just downtown. Very good service. The laptop in the bedroom was a great surprise. Very cozy main hall. Not cheap for low season, and took 24 hours to fix the mini bar |

Perfect location, quiet, free internet computers, clean, contemporary, beds are very firm but comfortable, good a/c, great shower, great tapas less than a block away as well as the Catedral. Nice roof-top terrace views. Good hotel for non-smokers. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again in beautiful Sevilla! |

The hotel was quiet, clean and restful. The reception staff were a little remote and I felt we could have just walked in and out with noone noticing - indeed we did on several occasions. Breakfast was a little uninspiring given the cost (sterling was at an all time low though so this may be unfair). |

Very helpful staff. Housekeeping used a room freshener that caused allergic reaction for my wife. Hotel changed us to a room without freshener. Staff helped us get bullfight seats. air freshener unnecessary |

The staff were very helpful and did eventually sort the problem of the leaking toilet out and move us to another room. The bed was absolute agony. I have never spent so much money to get so little sleep! The air conditioning didnt work so we had to have the window open which meant that we were bombarded by mosquitoes. |

This hotel had a great location. The rooms were good sized and so were the bathrooms. I also enjoyd the free mini bar. The bed were hard, and although the rooms have free internet and a laptop, the internet is not free unless you have your own laptop. |

Loved the room, very contemporary furnishings, cool bathroom with sauna shower and jets, open beverage bar, convenient underground parking, great location Not the hotels fault, but very difficult to find (even with a GPS) and super narrow streets.....take a taxi!!! |

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The price of breakfast (15 euros) was off-putting; enjoyed an excellent cafe breakfast just round the corner for a third of the price. |

helpfulness of staff. cleanliness and good decor in all areas we saw, not just the rooms. complimentary juice, etc., in central lobby area - a nice touch, most welcome. location perfect. glass washbasins in rooms look beautiful, but dangerously sharp corners.... breakfast price prohibitive for us. Perhaps you should consider offering different breakfast 'packages' at different prices? Glass doors to bathrooms provide little privacy soundwise. Not a problem for us but I could well imagine that many less familiar couples would find this embarrassing... |

The thing I really liked was the wonderful location, just minutes from the Cathedral. Also the room had an excellent shower. No facilities for making tea and coffee and my room was a bit dismal, looking straight on to another room. I found the hotel a bit souless, not really as it looked on the photos. |

the only thing is that the resturant is closed in the evening and we should go out to buy food and sometimes all the shops are closed. |

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Seville. As a family, we enjoy sharing a room with the kids - room good size for this. The room decoration was poor and the place needs painting and refitting - it is not a 4 star hotel - everything seems worn especially furniture and soft furnishings in room. |
