I thought the entertainment staff were excellent We could not get out the front of the hotel after some of the staff left. It was the end of the season but it was rediculous to expect people to go the long way round, along a not well lit street. |

Very good meals with much veriety of food. The swimming pools were great and the beach is close. Yes. People were smoking in the balconies so the smell spread out to all the other rooms. The air condition did not function very well. The cleaner did the minimum she could, so the table was not clean. |

This hotel offers a perfect combination of swimming pools and beach, a small zoo and a playground, and entertainment in the evenings, just ideal for children. The restaurant offers great buffets every day (with over 100 different dishes). There was no small refrigerator in the room and we had to ask for new soaps from the personnel, since they were not left after room cleaning. We are unaware if it is customary to leave tips at hotels in Spain. We did not experience it from others. At restaurants, it is expected that a tip of about 10% the value of what was consumed is left. |

la situation de la chambre avec vue sur la mer et piscine. les buffets variés du soir, la sangria (trop bonne) Le mauvais choix de période. Le temps ne prêtait vraiment pas aux vacances!!! le "manque de chaleur" des réceptionnistes. |

Essen war gut, Zimmer auch, Personal freundlich, Sauberkeit war gut Das das Hotel 2Wochen später in die Winterferien ging, merkte man leider. Aktivitäten des Hotels wurden vorzeitig eingestellt, sprich Animationsprogramm, Spielplatz wurde geschlossen, weil Bäume ge schnitten wurden, Bar war bereits geschlossen und viele kleine andere Dinge, die uns schließlich zur einer vorzeitigen Abreise bewegten. Wir haben das Hotel bereits im Juli 09 aufgesucht und ein ganz anderes Golden Taurus vorgefunden. Im Sommer ist das Hotel gut bis sehr gut, aber im Herbst können wir es leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Man sollte, solange der Hotelbetrieb noch aufrecht erhalten ist, auch noch keine Winterschlaftätigkeiten vornehmen. Unsere Kinder haben sich so auf dieses Hotel gefreut, da sie es ja im Juli schon kennenlernen durft |

Positivt att vi fick mat kvällen då vi kom. Mycket fina poolområden.Rena rum, fin lekplats för barnen och även ett litet zoo. Att det kom in en uteliggare som gick till toalett och duschområdet en trappa ner. Vi sa till personalen i receptionen och de visste vem mannen var men de gjorde absolut ingenting åt det, vara ryckte på axlarna. |

Proximité de la plage, plusieurs piscines, bar au milieu de la piscine, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des serveurs, proximité de Barcelone, laverie automatique. Manque de pratique de la langue française, accès internet cher et très peu disponible, l'état des chambres à rafraîchir de toute urgence surtout les sanitaires. |

Uniquement les piscines et l'accès direct à la plage et gentillesse du personnel et une météo super (mais celà ne dépend pas de l'hôtel) La nourriture n'a jamais été de qualité et le choix plus que limité.l'hôtel n'est pas du tout insonnorisé et le séjour n'a été que bruyant, de nuit comme de jour.trés peu de français.nous pensons que cet hôtel ne vaut pas la note de 8.2 estimée lorsque nous avons résérvé le séjour sur ce site internet. |

Bon rapport qualité / prix. Localisation idéale pour faire une étape intermédiaire entre le Nord de l'europe et le Sud de l'Espagne. Le calme des plages. Qualité des buffets. Piscines bondées /espaces restreints. Peu de possibilités de calme à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Accessibilité de la plage (route fréquentée, voie ferrée). Absence de bar de plage ! |
