The location is good. The staff is very helpful and can speak English. I like the swimming pool. I booked a double room but what I got was a four bed one. It is so strange. The window is too small. |

Friendly Spanish hotel, clean and well organised and very good value for money. Excellent buffet food with plenty of choice, but arrive sooner rather than later. Lovely rooftop pool and terraces with good views of the town and the mountain villages. We liked the fact that it was a real spanish town and we experienced the fiestas, which were a real bonus. Excellent rail and bus links to Barcelona, and Girona airport, Would definitely go again. If church bells upset you, then this is not the place for you. The church is right next door and the bells strike every 15 minutes except through the night. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good English, breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the room was perfectly comfortable. The only downside to our stay was that we struggled to find a real Spanish restaurant/bar in Pineda, although there was an abundance of frankfurt restaurants! |

A lovely place! A good value for money. the staff are very friendly and the room had a very nice view. Not such a great breakfast... the church bells can be a bit disturbing (the church is just on the other side of the street from the hotel) |

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful enough Yes!!! They didnt change the bed linen had to keep asking them every day. The toilet brush was absolutely disguting and filthy!! I had to ask them to change it twice and when they did they didnt replace it until I asked them to replace it, the light fixture in the room was dusty and obviously not been cleaned in a very long time...the curtains were also very dirty..i had the eggs the first day but couldnt again it was disgusting I had to stick the croissants, there were flies around the food yuck! I wouldnt stay at this hotel the need a complete refurb! |

We realy relaxed here, as much as we staied inside. Everything was like it is presented on this website, and even more. We were well surprised. Excellent value for money!!! 2-3 things may be related as unsignificant disadvantages: the breakfast was verry good, but the same every morning; the swimming pool is open only until 08 pm; in the night it is a little bit noisy becouse of the old church (verry close). |

The female receptionists were gorgeous. Overall the staff were friendly and very helpful. Buffet Breakfast was well stocked and plentiful. Reasonably well located for the beach and town. Snack Bar staff were a little less attentive and seemed to care so long as they thought they were still chasing a tip. old guy in main bar just did not have a clue and caused more confusion than anything. |

It's a pretty fun place, not one of those luxury hotels you find on the seafront, but you get everything you need for your holiday for an excellent price. There is swimming pool and a bar on the roof, 2 other restaurants, lobby, game room, etc. The breakfast and the dinner are more then enough. It's approximately 10mins walk form the beach, but you go through the main shopping street so it's a good chance to get the daily Sangria stock for the beach :-) |

the breakfest was good, the staff excellent and the pool was great. the pool bar worked wonderfully and the bar prices are fair. During my stay there was no hot water to shower, during the all weekend, the staff just said "sorry for the inconvenience". first they told us that fixing the water would only take 30 minutes, but after few hours they told us it would be the all weekend. |

Reception staff were extremely helpful and very friendly on arrival, despite being "harangued" by an extremely noisy and bad mannered bus load of German schoolchildren ( that even their Teachers could not control) Buffet breakfast was poor, but @ the rates charged I was happy for it to be "room only" |

Fantastic hotel!! The staff were lovely. The accommodation is very comfortable and the area is beautiful. Can't recommend this place enough. We had troubles with one of the banks over there, the staff at Hotel Merce went above and beyond any expectations. Such friendly and helpful people. Thankyou!! |

Friendly staff. Good meals. Parking area is close to the hotel and free of charge. Swimming pool is on roof. Barrier railing quite risky for small children. |
