Girona (37 km): An attractive city well worth a visit. Here you can stroll around the ‘Call’ (the well-preserved Jewish quarter), admire the Baroque cathedral, visit the Arabic bathes, the Diocesan museum and the Archaeological trail and wall.
Figueres (70 km): Here you is the world-renowned Dalí Theatre-Museum, dedicated to Salvador Dalí and where you can admire his art, sculptures, jewellery and designs of the Catalan surrealist.
Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Nature Reserve (an hours drive): Situated along the coast of Roses bay, a protected area of wetlands with much flora and fauna of great interest.
Botanical gardens: There are 3 different botanical gardens in the area, Mar i Murtra and Pinya de Rosa in Blanes and Cap Roig in Plafrugell.
On the area around the hotel you can find: 4 golf clubs, horse riding, hiking paths, bicycles, sailing club and many more sports and fun activities.

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and our 2 year old son enjoyed the pool and playground. The shower leaked into the bedroom and made the carpets wet. |

We stayed in a junior suite which was perfectly sized and even had kitchen facilities. Nice pool area and excellent restaurant both for lunch and dinner. A better explanation of the half-board offer could be helpful. After trying it the first night we decided to cancel it and go for the restaurant in stead. The half board solution is really good value for money though - particularly for families. |

Very nice hotel, good rooms, parking payante, swimming pool with salted water, beach near hotel. May reccomend! We had halfboard and I would say that evening menu was very poor. I would not reccomend to take halfboard. The internet was only very near reception. As I took that hotel only because they promised wi fi I was dissappointed and had some difficulties with work. |

Pool area beautiful.Good sevice and nice braekfast. The junior suite had poorer standard than the doubble room were our friends stayed. Bu was of course a lot bigger. The restaurant should offer moren than a 3 course menue for lunch. |

Attention to detail and service excellent. One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Breakfast fantastic and restaurant worthy of Michelin star. Staff were so friendly and eager to please.Can't wait to return next year. |

The staff was excellent and the hotel was very quiet. The only thing that could improve would be the beds. My bed was not very comfortable and I could feel the springs. |

Very nice room - plenty of space and a comfy bed. when I had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door in the morning the maid came in and knocked a further two times after being told 'no thanks'. Reception then telephoned the room! I thought 'do not disturb' meant exactly that!! |

Staff very helpfull, good breakfast, hotel and rooms very clean and of a high standard. It was ideally located for our requirements. Though it was indicated that the restaurant would be closed on Sunday night we were disapointed that the bar/lounge area was also closed. |

La suite donde nos alojamos es preciosa y con todo detalles de lujo. Lo que mas nos ha gustado de la habitacion ha sido la chimenea y la bañera de hidromasaje. Que el personal le cueste entender el catalan. |

La atención del personal fue excelente, desde la recepción hasta el director. Las habitaciones grandes y muy limpias, el hotel nuevo, muy bien decorado, con una piscina muy bonita. Situado en un lugar tranquilo con fácil aparcamiento y así mismo, cerca de la playa. Una relación muy buena en calidad precio. Por decir algo, un ordenador a disposición de los clientes. |
