Fine location just out of town; beautiful setting The booking web site gave two alternative choices: the premium room facing the back or the standaqrd room facing the sea. We chose the latter but the SW signed us up for the former. I an't blame the hotel for the confusion. |

Breakfast and seaview. The maintenance was bad (several things in the room didn't work proporly like almost everything in the wc, internet, tv, etc.), the room was too small, I had to pay € 8 to park the car outside the hotel building, etc. |

Location combined with the efficiency of all the staff made our stay a totally enjoyable experience, which we will definitely repeat. Nothing to complain about here but would comment on the cost of the car parking which I believe to be too dear, particularly at this time of year for pensioners like ourselves. |

sea view was great, food and room service was okay, nice beach, very friendly reception lady, most personnel was very friendly and helpful impossible to use a babystroller in the hotel, as no stairs are adapted, impossible to take the stroller to the beach as the stairs to the beach are too long to be able to carry it, worst internet connection ever that made working impossible, no wi-fin in the room, cleaners were always coming when my baby had a day sleep, 14 days having all the same for breakfast is not fun, children's pool was too cold, a man at a reception didn't want to advise on the direction of the nearest tobacco machine and instead was offering his services to bring the cigarettes in the room for compensation (later we learned that the nearest tobacco machine was in 2 minutes walk), baby-chairs in the restaurant were dirty, drinks prices 2 tms higher then Platja dAro |

the seaview was beautiful. Hotel was situated in a really nice spot overlooking the water. Beach wasn't overcrowded...kind of secluded. |

very nice and clean sea, beautiful surroundings and views, quick access by car to cultural sites. (the hotel has NO private beach) The hotel is old and not very clear. Breakfast is horrible – overcrowded and dirty restaurant, queues for plates, not drinkable coffee. Hotel’s management is appalling - we had to extend our stay by 1 night and the reception officer quoted the price which was later (at check out) increased voluntarily by the hotel by 50%!!!. This was explained as a mistake made by the hotel officer when he quoted the price and the chief of the management team advised us to sort out the issue with the respective officer directly. Clearly the hotel does not care about its reputation and the client service. |

The room we stayed in was very good. The location of the hotel with the two beaches was also good. The staff were the rudest most unhelpful I have ever come accross. It felt like the guests were an inconvenience. They have their stupid little rules such not being able to have coffee with lunch, you had to move 20 metres away to have it and this was the rule. Also, friends of mine had booked a triple room. The hotel tried to put them in a small double and put in a camp bed. Only after a major scene did the find another room. The carpets in the hallways were filthy. I could put up with some of this if the prices were reasonable but we paid over €300 per night (with a spa treatment). I would if I were you seriously consider removing them from your website as I can safely say that for the price we paid this was the worst hotel I have sayed i |

Nice room (ocean view is really ocean view!), early check-in was possbile (we arrived at 13:30), reasonable bar prices Claiming a bed at the pool proves to be impossible if you don't put down your towel before 8:30 in the morning (prior to breakfast), bar personel does not speak understandable english, breakfast between 9:00-10:30 is a nightmare (no plates, cups, empty cleaned tables, etc.) |

The location is stunning - and we particularly liked the friendliness & attentiveness of the staff. Pool area, terraces and inside nice and clean. Some of the exterior paintwork to the rear of the hotel needs attention and some of the cutlery is worse than that used for school meals! We wish someone would feed the black cat that resides outside! In England it is not usual to pay extra for car parking. We noticed that the hotel was not particularly wheelchair friendly, despite an excellent ramp in the reception area. |

Wonderful location. Very child friendly. Fantastic pool (incl childpool) and beaches (and independent fish restaurant on the beach!) All the required extra charges/deposits for i.e. safebox, towels, parking. |

the buffet breakfast was great, many choices including eggs which was nice, beautiful location on the cliff took half and hour to get an iron to the room had to call twice, directions from front desk to platja de pals golf course were poor and we got lost, since you are a golf partner with an association I suggest having a map at front desk with all the golf courses on it with clear directions, sandwhich from room service was extremely small and not something a hotel of your distinction should serve |

The hotel was in a fantastic position right on a cliff looking down into two gorgeous almost private beach coves. Breakfast room and our suite looked directly over the water. We booked for a room with included spa treatment, sauna hammam and spa are brand new and very beautiful! free 20minute massage was also excellent. Buffet breakfast was great, good variety of hot and cold dishes! |

The views from the bar terrace and the restaurant are excellent, as is the proximity to two small coves - although access would be difficult for elderly guests. Rooms are equipped to a good standard - and certainly ours had a spacious south facing terrace to make the most of the (March) sunshine. Location about 10 minutes walk out of the main resort suited us - but wouldn't be ideal for everyone |

It is a truly lovely hotel in a just as lovely location right on the Costa Brava. The staff very kind and helpful, and the price we were offered was a real bargain The only thing negative about the hotel was that they had not notified us that their restaurant would be closed on the day of our stay.Restaurant 20 min away downtown was very ok, however when you have been driving all day, and just want to relax !! |

Just a steps from the beach, the hotel is situated in a peaceful setting surrounded by gardens with pine tress and a pool and not far from the resort’s centre. |
Set in pretty Catalan countryside and surrounded by landscaped gardens, this charming country hotel is only 10 km from the coast and has a swimming pool and rustic restaurant. |
Just 150 metres from the beach and 1.5 km from the Platja d'Aro’s town centre, this well-equipped complex offers apartment-style accommodation, ideal for a relaxing holiday for couples and families. |
Set within sight of Fenals beach, just 100 metres away, this Lloret de Mar hotel allows you to lie in the sun on the sun loungers which line the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool. |
