The variety of food at breakfast was excellent. The main areas were always kept clean. Staff were bilingual. The rooms were not cleaned often until the afternoon. |

Location is wonderful. You can walk along the ocean on a walkway that takes you into the Rubicon Marina which has some nice shops and restaurants. Buffets were wonderful and they had a large selections. Staff is great and pretty much all speak numerous languages. Resort states that it's on a beach, not true. It's in a great location and has great views of the ocean however you need to drive or take the resort shuttle to a beach. Also gym facilities are very poor, treadmills need to be replaced, and limited exercise equipment. |

Ideaal hotel voor een rustige vakantie, eten van goede kwaliteit en ruime keuze. Ruime kamers, ietwat verouderd maar zeer proper. Ideaal gelegen om 's avonds bij zonsondergan een prachtige wandeling te maken langs de kustpromenad tot de nieuwe jachthaven Rubicon (30 min) of Playa Blanca (1 uur). |

Een hartelijke en attente ontvangst, uitgebreide maaltijden met een uitstekende bediening, propere kamer en sanitair ,rustige ligging met ruim voldoende ligbedden bij het zwembad. het zwembadwater was niet verwarmd |

Hotel très agréable, bien situé, bien équipé, propre Réceptionniste du Well fitness ne parle pas espagnol (de et nl). Même en l'interrogeant en néerlandais elle n'a pas pu répondre avec précision aux questions au sujet des services proposés. La salle de fitness n'est pas bien équipée |

La distribución y diseño del hotel, la oranización de los servicios, la atención del pesonal. El único inconvenciente para mi gusto es la distancia a un centro habitado, la soledad de las calles a partir de las nueve de la noche, la falta de iluminación de las calles de alrededor que dan sensaciónn de inseguridad. |

Correcto relación calidad precio.Buen desayuno. Peor que otros hoteles Iberostar que he estado.Obligado coger el coche para ir a la playa y para llegar al pueblo.La cena se sirve de 6:30 a 21:30, pero a las 9:20 ya están recogiendo e incluso hay algún cocinero que está cogiendo la comida para él.Prácticamente a menos cuarto ya lo han recogido todo, por consiguiente deberían avisar para que como muy tarde entres a las nueve o antes para comer con un mínimo de tranquiladad.Muy poca variedad en el buffet de la cena.Nos cobraron 4 euros por media hora de conexión a internet cosa incomprensible hoy en día y más en un hotel de esta supuesta categoría. |

Nos ha gustado bastante la atención de los empleados y su profesionalidad. La comida bastante buena,mucho mejor que otros hoteles de 4 estrellas en los que hemos estado. Al principio nos chocó el color negro de la piscina,pero luego al contextualizarlo en el entorno volcánico nos pareció que era muy buena elección y lo hacía diferente a la típica piscina de hotel. |

Ondanks omvang / grote capaciteit van dit hotel toch rustige sfeer . Kwaliteit ontbijtbuffet kan beter : kwalitatief betere producten is wenselijk ( teveel fabriekskwaliteit , inferieure koffie etc ) |
