I thought the cleaning ladies were very helpfull when we needed it, the pool area nice and the view of the beach was an excelent location. only thing i didnt like was the music being played, we could here everything from our room, so it didnt help if w wanted that few hours extra sleep. |

Nice view to sea. Good location. Neighbourhood very noisy.. teenagers drinking and screaming all night long, One day air condition went off and we couldn´t sleep at night because it was just too hot, we told about this to the manager and he said Shit happens! |

Nearly all rooms have see view, exceptional value for money for the twin room appartments. A small gym would have been nice and they played loud music at the pool from 8am |

Location is pretty central to get around BCN- Close to attractions\shopping\restaurants- Good water pressure, cold A\C, and fairly quiet even after the futbol team Won and they had the riot in the city- Room & bath is very small, hard for two people to move around in without bumping things or each other |

Netjes, volledig, mooie zwembaden, gunstige ligging, elke dag schone handdoeken, zeer goede bedden, In het vriesvak lag meer ijsvorming dan op de noordpool. Tegen zeer luidruchtige gaste overdag in het zwembad en snachts op de balkons werd niet opgetreden slechte muziek bij het zwembad |

Vriendelijk personeel. Schoonmakers zijn flexibel. De sleutel van het appartement is een kaart. Per kamer krijg je 1 kaart. Je mag een kopie vragen en deze weer naar beneden brengen als je in je kamer bent. Het is regelmatig voorgekomen, dat wij de originele kaart bij de receptie hebben afgegeven, en dat er bij de receptie gezegd werd dat dat niet zo was. We hebben daar tot 3 keer toe woorden over gehad. Dit hebben wij als vervelend ervaren. Ook vinden we de manier waarop er met de kaarten omgegaan wordt (er werden ook heel makkelijk kopieen gemaakt en weer vergeten) niet echt betrouwbaar. |

Die Lage und der Blick auf das Meer waren toll. Das Schlafzimmer auf die Strasse hin ist laut und fister. Meine Kollegin hat kaum eine Nacht durchgeschalfen. Die Küche wurde nie gereinigt. Zum selber reinigen und Abwachen fehlen Waschmittel/Schwamm. |

L'organizzazione e l'appartamento, comodo ed abbastanza spazioso. Inoltre è ubicato in una zona molto bella e strategica, vicino al centro di playa d'en bossa ma no è disturbato dal traffico e dai rumori. |

en general la estancia ha estado bien la limpieza un poco escasa, estuvimos 6 dias y tuvimos una mariposa de la luz muerta desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos solo para probar que no limpiaban el suelo del salon.La comida del buffet super escasa, y solo pensada para los italianos, hay españoles y no miran en ponernos aunque sea tortilla de patatas. |

La localización del hotel es muy buena. La atención de la chica también fue buena, ya que había overbooking y lo solucionarion bien. El hotel dispone de animación (en italiano, ya que todo el hotel es italiano) y es divertido. Pero para lo que estas en el hotel, es para repetir.Las vistas a la playa son muy bonitas. La habitación del apartamento 2 días no la limpiaron, la nevera que hay es muy pequeña para un apartamento de 4 personas y algo que no es ni bueno ni malo, es que todos en el hotel son italianos, los animadores, camareros, clientes... |

creo que esta muy bien situado, sus instalaciones son comodas y el personal es agradable Siendo apartamentos no me gusto que no tuviera cafetera en las habitaciones, es un elemento inprescindible, ya que uno se acuesta tarde y asi no tendria que salir de la habitación por las mañanas a tomarse un simple café |
