the food was excellent and varied, but we would have liked some beef steak. the pool facilities were very good,plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The location was great for getting around. The beds were exactly as we like them. the information on arrival was poor. and the lift service was frustrating having to go up several floors to get down to the pool and restaurant or face a long wait. |

excellent food (very delicious, very big choice), lots of various facilities (gym, game room, swimming pools, etc.), generally staff is very nice, good animation programme bad access to the beach; housekeeper was too impudent (lots of tips, but she was cleaning badly), some waiters in the restaurant don't understand elementary English |

This is an excellent hotel in an outstanding location in Playa De Las Americas. Situated right on the beach, we used the small beach right outside the hotel a couple times, even though the shore was a bit rocky. A nicer, larger beach can be found on the other side of Puerto Colon, known as Torviscas Playa. The food was very good, and the selection was absolutely huge, although I have had better food at other resorts. There is certainly something here to be found for everyone. I had requested a room on a higher floor to avoid any noise that may occur at lower levels, and they accomodated my request with a nice 10th floor room with a beautiful view overlooking Puerto Colon, Torviscas, and the sea. All hotel staff was very accomodating! Hotel room was a bit small and out-dated, and in need of remodeling. Beds were very hard. |

The location was excellent and the food was very varied and good The lack of Air con in the Foyer and public rooms was terrible. The room had Air Con but was not adjustable, during the night was too hot. |

Zeer goede sevice en vriendelijk personeel.Het eten is zeer goed, veel variatie.Zeer proper hotel en toiletten!!Annimatie over dag en 's avonds was top.Zeer veel plaats aan het zwembad.(Wel handdoekje leggen...). De kamer:1. zeer, zeer, zeer oud (aftands) meublair. 2.De bedden zijn zeer slecht voor de rug (om het half uur wakker). 3.Televisie zeer slecht beeld (ouderdom). 4.De werken die bezig waren tegen het hotel, altijd het kloppend geluid van een drilboor om de beton in stukken te kloppen. |

Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed. Voldoende faciliteiten, iedere avond animatie. Buffetten 's morgens en 's avonds voldoende keus, voor een ieder wat wils. Personeel is vriendelijk. Kamers zijn schoon, verder is alles aanwezig. Misschien iets gedateerd, maar echt geen probleem (je slaapt er alleen maar). Kort bij het strand en de luchthaven. De bedden, vrij hard. |
