Everything was okay.. Good location on the beach Las Americas, very good choice of food and high standard of costumer service. Air Condition doesn't work.. |

Convenient to beach with good pool facilities. Far far too noisy with music until 5am!!!!! Classed as four star but with buffet food for 1000 guests not at all personal.Great difficulty to get our deposit back for the safe key and television remote but otherwise excellent reception staff. |

Great location. Nice pool & sun terrace area. Easy access to beach & promenade. Good variety of food. Good maid service. Our room was very small. Dining room could have done with more staff at peak times. |

I liked the location of the hotel.I liked the food .There was great variety. It is in need of repair. The bedrooms are a bit dated.It was very expensive to make phone calls from the bedroom. Very expensive to use the internet in the hotel. |

Très bien situé en bord de mer. Personnel accueillant, disponible et réactif. Buffet varié, bonne nourriture. Bien fréquenté. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Confort de la literie à revoir (trop molle). |

Zeer proper hotel en lekker eten. Halfpension is de beste keuze als je naar dit hotel gaat. Mooie gerenoveerde kamers. Zeer luidruchtige kamers aan de straatzijde. De rest van het hotel is dringend aan renovatie toe. |

De lokatie van het hotel was echt super prettig. Ligt aan het strand en langs vele winkeltjes. Ook het uitgaansgebied is 3 minuten lopen. Er is personeel aanwezig dat Nederlands spreekt en dat is erg prettig. Wij zijn niet voor all inclusive gegaan maar ook dat is volgens mij goed geregeld in het hotel. We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad. De bedden waren 1 persoons en voor een stel samen is dit niet prettig. De bedden rollen constant bij elkaar vandaag. Verder geen tegens. Een prettig hotel. |

Das Essen, speziell das Frühstück war sehr gut. Schlechte Lage da Strand am Hotel ohne Zugang zum Meer (Felsen), wird eigentlich nur von Survern genutzt. Zimmer zur Strasse hin sind auch nachts sehr laut. Zu wenig Platz am Pool !! Nach 10:00 Uhr ist keine Liege mehr am Pool zu haben, nur noch oben auf dem Sonnendeck über dem Strassenrestaurant. Bei Halbpension keine Getränke beim Essen inklusive! Auflagen und Handtücher nur für Gäste mit Halbpension gratis!! Bei Fragen an der Rezeption muss man erhebliche Wartezeit einplanen, da ständig unterbestzt. Wir hatten den direkten Vergleich zum in der Nähe liegenden Hotel "Best Tenerife" und würden dieses immer vorziehen. Beide Häuser haben 4 Sterne, wobei wir dem H10 Las Palmeras maximal 3 geben würden. |

vriendelijke mensen aan het onthaal , spreken nederlands; eten was meestal lekker geen afwisseling in het eten, geen plaats aan het zwembad iedereen reserveert met een handdoek maar is daarom niet aan het zwembad, s'avonds aan de bar geen plaats. hygiëne?? onze ondertas bleef plakken aan de tas |

La atención en el Restaurante y la comida. Buena y abundante. El personal de la Recepción puso pegas en el check-in. Además les facilitaron una copia de nuestra llave a unos desconocidos sin comprobar a quién estaba la habitación. |
