Gutes Frühstuck, sehr nah zum Strand (nur mit der Promenade getrennt), sehr netter Mitarbeiter an der Recepcion und jeden Abend gute Unterhaltung (Flamenco, Brasilien musik, Mongolian show....)

Schon älteres Hotel mit sehr dünnen Wännden. Jeden Abend laute Musik aus der Umgebung (Disco) bis früh Morgen.

Vieles: Sauberkeit des Zimmers (Mit Kalk verschmutzte Wasserhahnen, dreckige Armlehnen des Stuhles, A/C hat nicht funktioniert, Safe hat nicht funktioniert. Schrecklich laute Musik in der nächsten Umgebung des Hotels bis 5 Uhr früh. Natürlich ist das letztere nicht der direkte Fehler des Hotels, wäre aber bei funktionierender A/C und geschlossenem Fenster etwas erträglicher gewesen.

poor soundproof of rooms, poor air conditioning of rooms and restaurant, poor work of roommaids that means the level of cleanliness in rooms sometimes was not acceptable, extra high deposits for beach towels, lack of possibility to order coffee or tea for dessert on dinner in restaurant, lack of coffee and tea amenities in room, lack of minibar in room, lack of internet connection availability

The pool area was very good and the in-house entertainment at night was better than expected

The bedroom did not appear to be of 4-star standard and staff were not as informative and helpful as one would expect.

Good location, price and quality, friendly staff

We enjoyed staying at Hesperia at lot. One of the best locations in Playa de las Americas just opposite the beach. Pool is very pleasant, and entertainment activities pretty fine as well, even if target population is families/middle age+. Room spacious & clean. Best is the breakfast, tasty and huge variety every morning; and all this coupled with a very low price we paid for it.

the hotel was close to the beach ,clubs ,shops etc. Staff in the hotel very friendly and food was good as well.

i didnt like how they cleaned the rooms, they did only beds and change the towels that was all.

The location, staff was friendly eventhough they could not speak english.

Majority of the staff did not speak almost any english (mind you I am Finnish so I do not expect perfect english!) and that made things a bit difficult. Also this is not babyfriendly hotel, because there was no fridge for milk or no facilities to sterilize the bottles etc.

The location of the hotel was great, with a great beach just on the doorstop but far enough away from the noise of the Veronica's nightclubs. It was also good value for money and the hotel was pretty clean.

The food was pretty awful and we would not recommend booking half board accommodation. They served the same dull thing every night and it was tasteless and cold. Some of the staff (especially at the pool bar) were very rude and purposely took to long to serve you. The bed was very uncomfortable and the rooms quite basic. I would not call this hotel a 4 star (more like a 3 or 3.5).

Position by the beach. Free birthday champagne. Breakfast is excellent.
