Dicht aan de kust en de buolevard. Kamer zijn nogal gehorig en door hoogte van het hotel ernaast veel galm en geluid van terras en entertainment van andere hotel. Geen hotel voor rustzoekers, wel voor uitgaangstypen. |

Locatie is perfect. Ontbijtbuffet is super. Zwembad is goed. Hotelkamer was prima. De bedden waren wel vrij hard, dat is even wennen. |

De ligging was prima, vlak bij het strand. Schoonmaak kamers was prima. Ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid en goed van kwaliteit. Entertainment aanwezig, waar al of niet gebruik kan worden gemaakt. De 4 computers die beschikbaar zijn voor internet deden het niet tijdens ons verblijf van 5 dagen. |

De ligging was perfect. Aan het strand en ook in het centrum. Er was ook van alles te doen en bovendien gratis. Zelfs de tennis. Dat was super! We hadden geen minpunten. Alles was zoals we gehoopt hadden. |

Seaview from my room balcony, swimming pool, fast check-in, every night perfomances, good cuisine on dinner, appropriate prices, free champagne vine on Sundays breakfast, location directly to the beach and in the centre of nightlife of Playa de las Americas, helpful staff with good command of English poor soundproof of rooms, poor air conditioning of rooms and restaurant, poor work of roommaids that means the level of cleanliness in rooms sometimes was not acceptable, extra high deposits for beach towels, lack of possibility to order coffee or tea for dessert on dinner in restaurant, lack of coffee and tea amenities in room, lack of minibar in room, lack of internet connection availability |

The pool area was very good and the in-house entertainment at night was better than expected The bedroom did not appear to be of 4-star standard and staff were not as informative and helpful as one would expect. |

The hotel has a perfect location few steps away from the sandy beach. The food is good and unlimited. The swimming pool is really nice surrounded by lots of sun chairs. Every night there is also an event for the whole family: parrots show, snakes exhibition, magicians, dancer, etc.Very good value for money Not a good place for a honeymoon as the double room actually contains two single beds. Also you need to pay extra for drinks for dinner (including water), while you get those included for the breakfast. |

We enjoyed staying at Hesperia at lot. One of the best locations in Playa de las Americas just opposite the beach. Pool is very pleasant, and entertainment activities pretty fine as well, even if target population is families/middle age+. Room spacious & clean. Best is the breakfast, tasty and huge variety every morning; and all this coupled with a very low price we paid for it. |

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much,especially the relaxed atmosphere,the space and the friendly staff. Too close to the bars where you are harassed continually to go for a drink,could not enjoy a stroll around there in the evening |

the hotel was close to the beach ,clubs ,shops etc. Staff in the hotel very friendly and food was good as well. i didnt like how they cleaned the rooms, they did only beds and change the towels that was all. |

The location, staff was friendly eventhough they could not speak english. Majority of the staff did not speak almost any english (mind you I am Finnish so I do not expect perfect english!) and that made things a bit difficult. Also this is not babyfriendly hotel, because there was no fridge for milk or no facilities to sterilize the bottles etc. |
