Mediterranean Palace

Hatten leider nur einen Tag im Hotel, aber dort könnte ich auch längere Zeit verbringen. Es war sehr schön.

Leider nichts!

Das Hotel ist verkommen, lieblos gestaltet und sehr schmutzig. Es wird als 5 Sterne Hotel geführt, was auch im Hotel nochmals in den Prospekten erwähnt wird. Ist es in einem 5 Sterne Hotel üblich, dass der abgeschlossene Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer nur gegen eine Gebühr entsichert wird? Ist es üblich, dass im Badezimmer halbleere Duschgel Fläschchen für neue Gäste bereit stehen? Ist es üblich, dass ein nicht ausgebuchtes Hotel eines der schlechtesten Zimmer ( direkt am Lüftungsschacht der Küche ) vergibt? Im Zimmer, sowie auch im Bad gab es Schimmel an den Wänden, der Duschspender im Bad wurde schon seit längerem nicht mehr gefüllt. Das Mobilar ist abgenutzt und entspricht nicht mehr der Zeit. In einem Hostel ist mehr Atmossphäre als dort!

Sehr gute Lage. Zimmer sollten allerdings mindestens zur Poolseite genommen werden. Die anderen Zimmer liegen zur Straßenseite und sehr laut. Schöne Poolanlage. Top Design im Eingangsbereich. Parken ist kostenlos.

Zimmer sind klein und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Meerblick ist durch ein neues Hotel der Kette leider teilweise verbaut worden. Erst ab 4. Etage Poolseite ist schöner Blick möglich. Massenabfertigung im Essensraum ist nicht 5 Sterne würdig.

This has been our 3rd visit to Mare Nostrum Resort. We love all of the hotels. Staff v helpful and friendly. Pool service and staff excellent.

Great breakfast

The pools are not great and close at 1900. They make you rent your fridge in your room. For a five star hotel I'd expect to be able to use the fridge in the room. Their rationale is they have 24 hour room service. They are in Las Americas but way on the end, stay more central.

Love the location as you are in walking distance to everything and has always been excellent every time I have stayed there

Great location and very clean.. Staff are friendly. The place is need of a revamp if it wants to live up to its 5 star name

The walls are very thin.

I thought the friendliness of the staff was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. i liked the roof top pool area it was lovely to relax in a quiet area. and also the location is perfect. The restuarant was clean and you had an amazing choice of food for breakfast buffet.

Only the bathroom was quite small and toilet not easily accesable, the shower curtain was hanging from the ceiling by a loose screw and at one point fell down. the hairdryer was awful absolutely usless!!!

Beautiful hotel, staff so friendly. Food was excellent. Bathroom a bit small.

Nice breakfast, nice pool and clean, staff spoke all languages, good location

Not 5 star, more like 3. The spa and indoor poor is not free and is not part of the hotel but in another near by. Room is very basic and the picture advertised for the room is not that hotel which is very misleading all round.

The Staff at the hotel was the most memorable factor, food was excellent and the pool fantastic.

Rooms slightly small and the entertaniment was average and catered mainly for Spanish guests.

Good clean facilities; excellent food; plently off towels, parasols and sun lougers around the pool

Booking in and checking out service could be improved, as there were long queues; bathroom showers and curtain did not work well as there was always water on the bathroom floor

Very nice staff and good service. Pool area and other amenities close by. Good restaurant inside the Hotel complex. It is a big Hotel with lots of activity. Great for family´s.
