Nothing in particular. I cannot remember anything to appreciate as special, pretty common family arrangements. Yes, definitely the front desk staff. I asked them help me with a print- out of a personal file (1 page) and I have received a clear no before even explaining the emergency I had. I needed to explain them three times what was included in the package (dinner, massage, etc) in order to take benefit of these and I still don't know what is welcome pack and check-out pack. Neither the front desk staff know, they told me that they will ask the management about this. Pretty unprofessional speaking manner toward clients. |

Das Hotel Parque Cristobal Tenerife ist sauber, familienfreundlich, und bietet ein gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis an. Der ZimmerSafe muss angemietet werden und kostet 18 EUR die Woche ! |

lo mejor es q son bungalows independientes de planta baja donde no molestas ni te molesta nadie, bien decorados, con terrazita y en 2ª linea de playa, a 100 m. Siempre estan al 100% de ocupacion, lo que significa q no hay sitio ni hamacas suficientes en las piscinas para todos. Las abren a las 9,30 y en 5 minutos la cola de guiris se las ha llevado todas, y no quedará ninguna hasta las 5 de la tarde cuando se van arreglar para cenar. Deberian poner mas hamacas, y ampliar el espacio de solarium alrededor de las piscinas. |

Petits bungalows très mignons, bien équipés et très propres dans un joli parc très bien situé. Manque de chaises longues au bord des piscines, problème tous les matins pour vite aller en réserver une avant qu'il n'y en ait plus. La piscine ouvre à 10h et à 9h45 c'est déjà complet ! |

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, przytulne bungalowy, bardzo dobre jedzenie, hotel świetny dla rodzin z dziećmi. nawet bardzo małymi. Obsługa przyjazna. Ogólnie nam się podobało i chętnie tam wrócimy :) słabo działajacy wentylator w pokoju, kilka razy to zgłaszaliśmy i nic nie pomogło, |

Goed onderhouden bungalowpark met ruime bungalows. Er is het hele jaar een entertainmentprogramma voor kinderen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. |

Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit einer Terasse und herlichen Blick auf die Berge. Bis zum Meer ist es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zu einen guten Sandstrand etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Kinderwagen (der Strand ist sehr gut erreichbar, keine Treppen oder änliches, tagsüber war es aber sehr heis und es gab fast gar kein Schatten auf dem Weg). Alle unsere Wünsche (z.B. extra Matraze für unsere Reisebett, oder Kühlschrank umtausch) waren (auch wenn mit einer kleinen Verzögerung) erfüllt. Es gab keine Spühlmaschine, aber die Putzfrau hat beim aufrämen sogar das Geschirr gewaschen. Das Pool war sehr sauber und gut für die Kleine geignet. Die Cappucinno beim Frühstück war sehr lecker, aber die Machine funktionierte in den letzten Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht mehr. |

me gusto mucho el ambiente familiar , es un tres estrellas superior las instalaciones bien cuidadas y limpias, comida excelente y variada, muy bien ubicado, era exactamente lo que buscabamos ya que viajamos con un bebe de un año. un poco incomodo para aparcar porque viajamos con coche , pero en las inmediaciones conseguimos un buen puesto. |

Превосходные аппартаменты! Расположены очень удобно: хочешь учавствуй в бурной жизни отеля (бассейн, бар, анимация и т.п.), хочешь уединись возле своего бунгало на террасе. Каждый день анимация для детей и для взрослых. Можно отдыхать и с детьми, и в двоем, как мы с мужем. Цена, качество, расположение !!! |
