schöne Lage, keine Bettenhochburg, viele Möglichkeiten (diverse Schwimmbecken, große Wiese, Fussball, Tischtennis, Fahrradverleih uvm.), freundliche Servicemitarbeiter, relativ ruhig (September)

Zimmerreinigung hätte besser sein können (insbes. Türen/Wände, Ablageflächen Küche u.Bad). Die "typischen" spanischen Bettdecken, die keine sind (nur Laken zum Zudecken). Leider wurde uns vor Ort erst eine falsche Rechnung ausgestellt, so dass wir bei der Abreise morgens um 6 Uhr noch um Nachzahlung gebeten wurden

nette Mitarbeiter, eigner Bungalow, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, vielfältiges Buffet, freie Wahl bei HP zwischen Mittag- und Abendessen

Betten waren nicht sehr bequem

aufgelockerte Anlage im Bungalow-Stil, sehr ruhig gelegen, nur wenige Minuten vom Touristen-Centrum entfernt. Empfehlenswert für Urlauber die die Natur mögen und entspannte Urlaubstage verleben möchten. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr familienfreundlich gestaltet. Die Verpflegung ist landestypisch - aber sehr abwechslungsreich... sehr bemühtes Hotelpersonal, immer nett und freundlich...internationales Publikum

Sehr einfach ausgestattete Zimmer, Bad sehr klein - ausgewiesene Badewanne nur für Kinder geeignet. Sehr mangelhaftes Abendprogramm für die Gäste...sowohl für Kinder als auch für das ältere Publikum. -keine Musik nach der Kinderdisco (5 Titel) ...etwas abwechslungsreichere Musik hätte der Stimmung unter den Gästen gut getan, die auch gern einmal getanzt hätten...Animation daher: mangelhaft...

Amazingly friendly staff, even after the very busy season they had. We stayed here in September and it was all so quiet. With the Natural Park S'Albufera de Mallorca right next to it, the location is suberb. Great facilities with a nice swimming pool, fitness,... And across the road at 150m from the resort you have this pretty quiet beach of Playa del Muro. The buffet was excellent and varied. They take high standards of hygiene. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were excellent throughout our stay; thoughtful and attentive from reception to the restaurant and bar. Our 13 month old son loved the Blue bay and with good reason- we would recommend the hotel wholeheartedly, with great facilities, an idyllic setting (including a stunning, quiet bech across the road), and the best of Mallorca in easy reach.

Hotel staff and food are the best at this hotel. Staff is always prepared to help you whatever you need. Great variety of food at the restaurant.

The 'all inclusive' system is not real... most items at bar menu are not 'inclusive'; also, bungalows could have a better airconditioning system (one room was freezing while the other was warm); kids mini club doesn't exist...

The variety of food was good. Hotel staff were good, freindly and helpful. The pool was really clean and all facilities were well maintained. Accommodation was ok but as you'll not be spending much time inside it didn't matter.

A major problem was the 'entertainment' provided in the evenings.For a family hotel complex it was far too loud and went on too late. The pa system was simply too loud and was cause our 6 month old baby to stay awake. On two occassions, I went to the reception desk to complain but was told that they couldn't do anything about the sound levels as it was run by a seperate company. This is the only reason why I could not foresee returning to the resort. I would also not recommend it to freinds based on the inappropriate & ridiculously loud entertainment. It was not a problem that it was only in Italian - but the volume caused the whole family problems when trying to sleep, If this problem could be resolved. I would definitely book again

Excellent service, lovely one bed bugalow with sun beds on own terrace, and superb mediteranean food - not maybe for british tastes, but we loved it.

1e week van sept 2009 geweest; heerlijk groot zwembad met genoeg ligbedden; zeer nette vrijstaande bungalowtjes met eigen terras;all inclusive; eten was er genoeg en elke dag wat anders(af en toe de magnetron gebruiken) toetjes+vers fruit was heerlijk;het heerlijke strand 5 min lopen +stadje om de hoek; de bus voor de deur;wij gaan zeker terug; gr. Peter(50) en Christie(52)

Het eten was niet altijd heet, maar dat kwam misschien omdat het niet meer zo druk was; er stond in het restaurant wel een magnetron; Het was jammer, dat er savonds (1x optreden van dansgroep) geen animatie was, terwijl er wel een podium en goede muziekinstallatie was; Maar in Can Picafort (binnen 10 min.) was het gezellig.

El desayuno

1) No avisan cuándo te van a limpiar la habitación y por ello no da tiempo a retirar objetos personales o interrumpir situaciones íntimas. 2) Es materialmente imposible ducharse durante 3 días con una pastilla de Heno de Pravia (jabón de manos) tamaño de viaje. 3) No muy agradable encontrarse pelos,horquillas y manchas misteriosas de vasos y otras sustancias corporales en:tapicería del sofá,mesillas de noche... 4) Fue una sorpresa encontrarnos un "pequeño cocktail" de fritanga variada de calabacín incrustado en la espumadera de los utensilios de cocina... al igual que ciertos polvos blancos sobre la cacerola... o las migas dentro de la tostadora... vamos, que si pasas hambre, es porque quieres, con lo que te dejan de regalo, te sobra!!
