Prinsotel La Dorada

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Für 2 Personen ist viel Platz. Alles ordentlich und modern. Das große Bett mit den großen Bettdecken eine Überraschung. Die Lage ist gut, weil man abseits des Touristenstroms ist. Das Frühstücksbüfett reichhaltig und gut. Die Hotelanlage schön gestaltet.

Die Betten sind einzeln. Das die Klimaanlage ausgeht, wenn man die Türen öffnet.

Servicepersonal im Restaurant teilweise unfreundlich

Die Zimmer waren groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist überzeugend.

es ist ein ausgezeichnetes familienhotel - sehr freundliches personal, herzliche kinderbetreuung, tolle, flache pools für kleinkinder, spielmöglichkeiten in der anlage. die anlage im ganzen ist wunderschön - sehr gepflegt, sauber und ansprechend.

das angebot am buffet ist groß, aber mäßig gut. teilweise sind die speisen nur lauwarm. das unterhaltungsprogram abends ist auch eher mäßig, ebenso die reinigung der zimmer, trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen. die pluspunkte überwiegen.

Schlechte Reinigung des Zimmers während des Aufenhalts. Unfeundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Koffer müssen alleine aufs Zimmer gebracht werden, Zimmer muß man selber finden. Für alles muß man Pfand hinterlegen in bar.Schlechtes Abendessen.

Im Spa nicht genug auf Hygiene geachtet. Gärtner und Personal mit Dreckschuhen rumgelaufen. Auch waren tausende winzige ameisen die da regelrechte Strassen hatten, auf dem Weg zum WC musste man dann Barfus auf den bereits totgetrampelten ameisen draufstehen um pinkel zu gehen. Ist die ganze Woche nicht bemerkt worden. In der Hauptsaison zu teuer!

Very good value for money(56euro for simple but nice apartment). Beautiful pool for children and adults. Qualified reception staff.

Deposit for almost everything(pool towels, TV remote, iron...etc. Problem with ants in rooms(we stayed in two rooms and both had ants). Poor choice of TV channels(most of them are spanish or german)

Sept 09 - Had a wonderful time, even during the thunderstorms, excellent staff, wonderfully comfortable and clean rooms, boys loved Mimi in the kids club, beautiful beach 200metres away, pretty much decamped to the beach every day. Ate in "S'albufera" restaurant(great for families)...avoid Las Delicias(not good experience) The only downer about the resort is that the main street between the complex and the beach is tatty and in need of a major revamp.

Food, Service, Facilities, Catering for Young Kids, Room were all really good

The kitchen and air-con in our 1 bed apt was only just adequate. We suffered from a lot of ants in our room even though we kept the room clean and were on the third floor

Excellent pools, fantastic relaxing landscaping, family friendly, creche, 5 mins from beach. Lovely rooms, needed a map to find our way around our room!

£100 a night is a bit much.

The attractive price setting did us decide to go to the Prinsotel

Very outdated hotel. Rooms, although renovated were badly maintained, upon arrival dirty bathroom and after request to reception no action taken, hardly no cleaning during stay, no replacement of sheets, dramatic kitchen with rusty fridge.Food in pool bar often cold.
