sitting by the pool and the beach the restaurant was good value our out look from the balancy both side looked over the other block would have been have to have a better view off the pool or sea |

Good location for beach, shops, restaurants, night life. Hotel staff all very helpful and friendly. Pool area safe and clean, with plenty of sun beds chairs. Shortage of parasols on sun terrace. We had a horrific first day and night, due to youths in next apartment climbing over the balconies and fighting in the apartment most of the night until 5 am. Had they not departed so soon, our holiday would have been ruined!!!!!!!! |

Room size and location. Rooms very dirty, hair everywhere and in the cutlery, floor never cleaned, Strange Motor Noise all day and Night, No elevator in the Building we stayed. noise from furniture moving from neighbour apt. |

Terrace and surroundings was green and wonderful. Apartment was beautiful. Nice that hotel is near main road (but silent), near the beach, bus stop, turist shops and pubs. I think it was the best place where to stay. Meal at the hotel was expensive (as everywhere in Mallorca). Swiming pools were cold. Very thin walls - we heard everything from neighbourhood. |

Serice from reception staff very good English tv only provided by sky sports and news - no entertainment programmes - they were all in Spanish or German |

The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly from the moment of arrival. They both spoke English and German which was of great help to their guests. The place was clean and vibrant and surpassed all our expectations. |

The low prices and the New Year's party, as well as it's distance from the city center. There was a large tour group that was staying at the hotel for six months and sort of ran the show |

Mycket fint läge vid Platja de Palma, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Väldigt dålig komfort vad gäller sängar, tveksamt varför tv:ns sändningar var av så pass dålig kvalitet. |

Palvelu oli erinomaista ja kaikki oli puhdasta. Makuuhuoneessa olisi ehdottomasti pitänyt olla parisähky sillä kaksi erillistä sänkyä vierekkäin ei korvaa parisänkyä varsinkin kun lattia on liukkaasta kaakelista. |

Super hotel, det ligger perfekt ifht. strad og natteliv og så langt fra de store feststeder så man sagtens kan nyde natten i ro og fred. Der er et fint poolområde og ligger kun 100 meter fra stranden hvis man vil det. Kan anbefales til både familier med børn og alle andre |

Buena situación cercano a la playa. Parada de autobús y taxi a 50 metros. Tranquilidad. Los colchones están pidiendo un cambio a gritos. Las fotos que aparecen en su publicidad son un tanto engañosas, supongo que corresponden a los apartamentos de más de una habitación y en planta alta -a mi me tocó la planta baja-. |

goede verzorging qua handdoeken-service etc. zeer vriendelijke personeel. "keukentje"niet schoon bij aankomst, maar daartegenover kregen wij wel elke dag schone handdoeken en werd de kamer schoongemaakt. |
