I liked that the hotel was literally steps away from the beach, the breakfast was pretty good, and there is a bus stop right outside of the hotel that takes you to Palma and the airport. The room was really hot, didn't really seem to me like a 4-star hotel, in a horribly touristy area, felt like a "little Germany" rather than a Spanish island. |

Close to the beach and the possibiliyy to rent a bike. And close to airport. Breakfast and dinnerbuffet were perfect The room was a little bit small and narrow and the hotel was rather outdated as a 4 star hotel. The fitnessroom did noy meet the qualifications, |

Location, tidy rooms, wide range and quality food Reception staff not only unhelpful but also rather rude. Room standard very poor. This hotel is maximum 3-Stars it dose not deserve 4-stars. Worst four-star I've been! |

Very good breakfast. Room very spacious. Close to a frequent bus service to both the city and the airport. Rooms on the front of the hotel are very noisy due to the nearby pubs and clubs. Unable to get to sleep until after midnight. |

All diskos and clubs, the beach are very close to the hotel. There was absolutely nothing for children of 1-5! No minidisko, no parks with slotmashines as minimum. Not in neighbousrhotels of the whole Arenal!!!!!Just nothing! minidisko would be the best what the hotel could improve, instead boring music the guy was trying to play in the evening. Even the music for kids like Veo Veo or the Train, would be already great! |

The peaceful situation and facilities of the hotel. Some of the staff did not have an appropriate behavior to the guests like what you see in other 4-star hotels. |

Location, hotel chef and big food choice range, beach side was quite nice to walk, very clean and nicely maintained. About hotel there is nothing bad to tell. but about the beach side just one thing bad, Beware of some nasty people who use to attract you to play with them and they just left you robbed and stunned just in 1-2 minutes time so, keep distance from them. |

A very good four star hotel with good facilities. A good beach and a good choice of nearby restaurants. In spite of the hotel being full of Germans, there was no problem getting a sun-bed! The fact that the hotel was full of Germans and was in the middle of a mile long strip of German focused restaurants and shops was not something that I disliked but it was something I had not expected. |

The hotel is marketed as a four star hotel even though it is more than 30 years old, which shows all the way. It has not deserved more than maximum 2 stars. Therefore it can not been recommended, because the customers have to pay for four stars when it fact it is hardly a two star hotel ! |

Location could not be better- it is on the beach, and the bus stop is close by - the bus connects you to the airport and central city directly. The half board is a good deal- the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were terrific. Great variety and delicious. We are from the us and there were mostly German tourists in this area, but we loved it- there are several great beer halls and lots of entertainment. We'd definately stay at this hotel again! |

Location right by the beach, the airport and Palma. The bus stops right outside the hotel. The pool was nice and they made excellent Sangria at the bar, shame it was so smokey in there though Where to start! We stayed for 10 nights. I was upset to have a room almost round the back, It was very noisy up to 4 am and the noise started again at 6.30 with the street cleaners. I felt we could have coped with a few nights but TEN? However the worst bit was the food. We are vegetarian and we were not catered for at all. I ever told them we didn't eat meat or fish but they didn't care. One night our choice was side salad chips and carrots. I thought it couldn't get any worse but the next night they put strips of meat in the VEGETABLES! They had lovely salads all with bits of meat or fish in them, Pizza with meat toppings. A meat eaters paradise! I cannot comprehend that they gave no thought to vegetarian guests. Breakfast was nice though |

Quality and variety of food proximity to the beach and size of bedrooms internet pictures of the hotel and especially the bedrooms very misleading. despite paying 25 euros a night extra for a sea view the room was still very seventies |

Weather and proximity to the beach and a second more private swimming pool. They provide a beach towel for a refundable deposit of 10€ Not a 4 star hotel at all. It is a good 3 star. Room faced street with noise until 4 am, despite request for another type of location, it appears that all singel women were stuck in older rooms with no sea view, buffet breakfast and dinner were very basic, nothing close to other hotels I have stayed but good coffee. Too many noisy male guests for single business female travellers. They didn´t mention that the safe in the room is charged at 2€ per day plus a 4€ additional fee. |

the food was fantastic!! Bravo Chef!!! if you oversleep the morning cleaning shift, they might skip your room on cleaning until the next day. Did the crisis cause them fire rest of the staff?! |

Most of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and communication in different languages was available. The free breakfast buffet had various types of good food and beverages and the cocktails were some of the better ones I tried in Spain. Bus stops to and from Palma (15,25 = 1.25 euro) and the Airport (21 = 2 euro) are located in front of the hotel are called ¨Hotel Playa Golf" and offer clean, efficient service. There was a loud barking dog at times in the building next to the hotel. |

Good food, excellent service at the front desk, room was clean, proximity to the beach, good access to Palma (either with a public transport or bike/moped which can be rented at several places near the hotel). Probably one of the best choices in Playa de Palma - bar outside of the hotel is very neat and is an excellent option for an evening drink. For those interested in nightlife activities - lots of bars and discos in the neighbourhood. Minor things - internet access this hotel is selling is dissapointing - first of all it costs 4EUR/hour (!!!), additionally works only in the lobby (I tried finding the hotspot in my room and on the chairs in the hallway on my floor, but was unsuccessful). Second thing - rooms on the street side are quite noisy - Mallorca can be loud at nights (soundproofing of the windows is not good enough) + buses, cars running during the day make really lot of noise (not that it personally bothered me, but might be helpful for others to take that info into consideration) |

The hotel was clean and was well situated on the beach. The pool area was great. Although the food was your standard buffet fare, there was lots of it and plenty of variety which was rotated on a daily basis. All questions that I emailed to the manager before our stay was answered in a timely fashion. Convenietly on the airport bus route. When checking out, they do not charge your credit card in Euros but charge you in your own currency, as such conversion rate was not very good. If I had known, I would have paid in cash. |
