The staff were very helpful There was no hot water for 2 days this was due to a burst main so they said but looking back now if it was a burst main how come there was cold water? |

central location for shops ,bars and resturaunt.very clean and quite modern.definately some of the best aps i have stayed in playa del ingles over the years. towels were a bit thread bear. |

Accueil sympathique, avenant, à l'écoute. Hôtel/piscine/jardin propre, accueillant, sécurisé. Appartement très fonctionnel, propre, relativement spacieux, les surmatelas rendent le sommeil agréable. Bonne situation. Il vaudrait mieux un forfait télé plutôt que de payer au coup par coup. Idem pour internet. Du nouveau matériel pour ces technologies serait bienvenu. |

Lo céntrico de la situación de los apartamentos. El aire acondicionado se controla centralmente y ni siquiera podia apagarlo una vez conectado desde la recepción. Exceso de celo de los seguritas, tambien es cierto que tenian problemas con el personal por huelgas y cosas asi. |

Instalaciones, sencillas pero muy comodas, y pisicina. La limpieza de las habitaciones se hacía demasiado tarde, llegando a ser las 14hs, cuando estábamos comiendo. |

el personal es eficiente. La relación calidad/precio es muy buena. Los apartamentos son comodos. No les falta detalle. Lo menos bueno: el aire acondicionado que no funciona en muchos apartamentos y los televisores que no tienen mando a distancia |

Estos apartamentos se encuentran en un lugar ideal para realizar compras tales como en supermercados, alquiler de coches, ropa y sobre todo para la vida nocturna al estar cerca de restaurantes, pubs y discotecas. Que no tienen aparcamientos propios .. son de pago y como esté el sur lleno pues no encuentras .. |

Eftersom vi bott här tidigare valde vi detta igen, eftersom vi tycker det ligger så centralt och bra samt att det passar oss perfekt som promenerar varje dag längs stranden åt både Faro och San Agustin Ja som vi alltid tyckt är att de borde sätta "tassar" på stolsbenen så att det inte låter så hemskt när städerskor/gäster dras stolarna och stör övriga gäster. Städningen borde skötas bättre med tanke på att det är så fräscht kommer det snart att vara nergånget om inte städningen görs grundligare. |
