All children from 2 to 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Sehr schöner Wellness Bereich, saubere Zimmer, reichhaltiges & abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr laut durch die Gebäude Konstruktion! Erst Zimmer im EG --> unerträglich! Dann gewechslet aber im 4.OG hört man immer noch die Teller aus der Küche! |

Najbardziej kompleks wypoczynkowy na dole: jacuzzi, kąpiele w soli, sauna etc. Również kuchnia była urozmaicona i smaczna. Świetna lokalizacja: blisko do plaży i przystanek autobusowy przed samym hotelem z dojazdem do wszelkich interesujących miejsc, łącznie z lotniskiem. Klimatyzacja tylko za opłatą, choć niewielką. |

Sin dudarlo el Spa que esta incluido en el precio de la habitacion. Mila y Ana, las encargadas, son encantadoras. Solo por ellas el hotel gana muchos puntos Los horarios del comedor totalmente adaptados al turismo extranjero. Por lo dema todo bien |

Il centro benessere ampio e gratuito,la sala giochi con internet gratis,la cucina,la posizione dell'hotel,vicino al centro commerciale plaza e poco distante dalla spiaggia l'animazione serale visto che quasi tutte le sere c'erano spettacoli gradevoli di ballo,musica ecc...piuttosto che farla all'interno vicino al bar la sposterei all'esterno in modo da renderla visibile ad un maggior numero di persone |

El Spa es maravilloso. Es de autentico hotel de lujo. El solarium en la 8 planta también es precioso. Puedes disfrutar de un jacuzzi viendo la playa del inglés. El parking, lo estaban arreglando y era complicado entrar y salir con el coche. |

El wellner center me parecio sencillamente muuuuuy bueno, es muy valorable el hecho que su uso este incluido en el precio de la estadia, igualmente que el uso de internet y otras actividades, bolera, billar etc. Si, la poca atencion de las mucamas al hacer la habitacion, soy solo, sin familia, por ende ocupe habitacion doble, pero solo, de los 20 dias completos que estube, en 18, me falto algo jabon, o una toalla etc. probe de darle propina igualmente el resultado, malo |

Les services,la proximite des bus pour visiter le reste de Gran Canaria,la variete de la nouriture ,en effet tout et nous voulons revenir Les horraires du spa jusqu'a 19 h seulement.... Car apres une journee en excursion c'est bien de se refraichir...ideal jusqu'a 21 h comme dans les piscines d'hotel a Londres |

J'ai bien aimé le parc pour enfants, la piscine pour enfants, le bar (très bien assorti, boissons alcooliques de bon qualité), la nourriture, le service et le personnel. Aussi le spa au sous-sol, et l'animation/spectacles. Avoir deuxs lits simples collés au lieu d'un double. L'hôtel est très proche d'une avenue et de l'autoroute, donc il vaut mieux avoir une chambre le plus éloigné possible de ces bruits. |

Todo en general, pero si hay que quedarse con algo es el spa gratis, que está muy buen equipado y la piscina del mar muerto es sublime. Muy buena la comida, las instalaciones, el jacuzzi al aire libre, el animador es un crack y los espectáculos nocturnos están muy bien que no haya aceite de oliva(aunque en canarias dicen que no se consume mucho). También, al estar orientado a extranjeros (alemanes y holandeses básicamente), los horarios de comida son demasido pronto y el bat cierra muy pronto porque la gente se cuesta muy temprno, aunque eso es bueno, porque al acostarse no hay ruidos que te despierten. Las camas me han parecido un poco blandas. |

El hecho de que casi todos los servicios del Spa fueran gratis para los clientes. Sala de ocio bastante amplia y con bastantes opciones. El tamaño de la habitación y de la terraza. Los servicios están bastante bien para ser un hotel de tres estrellas Las camas son un poco incomodas (colchón demasiado blando) y que no tiene garaje (la calle y alrededores es zona azul). |

Relación calidad - precio bastante alta. Buenas instalaciones y buena comida. Aparcamiento, pocas plazas y muy dificil de aparcar en el exterior por no decir imposible. |

Es un hotel con mucha personalidad,comodo,confortable y sorprendente puesto que desde fuera no parece verse lo que hay dentro ,el SPA es simplemente fantastico y el personal entrañable.Rdos a todos y enhorabuena me habeis sorprendido. Pues francamente decir,que en ocho dias no nos han cambiado la sabanas y resulta estraño pue lo demas se limpiaba. |
