The location and the staff I did not like the following:(i) the rooms I booked I asked specifically for nice rooms and they gave us rooms with back views and very noisy (mainly cars and traffic noise). I was expecting rooms with views to the pool (two emails were sent in advanced to request good rooms allocations). (2) We kindly asked to print our boarding cards and in reception we were told this was not possible. This nowadays is quite unacceptable as every hotel you have facilities to print from the internet. |

efficient restaurantservants; lots of cleaning; large and clean swimmingpool; wide choice of food; close to Jumbo-shoppingcentre noisy hotel (by noise from cleaningpersonel and other rooms above); relatively small rooms for 4-starhotel (less than 3,5 x 6 m) with shabby bathroomtiles; not well english-understanding receptionpersonel (no repair on tv-complaints); no same level entry and no porters (bearing 2 x 7 steps luggage yourself); tasteless salads and desserts/postres; old/unreadable keyboards of the 3 PC' s; relatively high extra charges for extra services ( e.g. almost 30 euro's charge for safetybox use in two weeks; 2 euro for a not-complimentary bottle of water; 1 euro per minut PC; 50 euro for late check-out); no visible security; no swimmingpoolservice for bathtowelservice (and bring your own sunchairfacilty from your room); sometimes a not working elavator |

Relax The milk in the room is horrible. It is something you would give to a child (no children in the hotel ! ) Please make yourself a cup of tea or coffee with it and you will understand what I am saying ! The Gym does need updating - However I love everything else about the hotel - especially the staff, location, rooms and I thought the food has improved to a good standard of quality and choice |

The location of the hotel, the room, cleanliness, all added to a feeling of well being, but then this must have been my sixth visit so they must be doing something right. There was sometimes a queue of people at the coffee dispenser, at breakfast, and so an additional machine would be an asset. |

I enjoyed the pool area in the hot weather, very much. The 'all inclusive' arrangement was good value and helped me to be able to enjoy my time at the hotel very much. |

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and the pool was very quiet and clean with no children. The food was excellent and the hotel was right next to the Yumbo so very handy and saved on taxis. I am staying there again for New Years eve as a gift to my mum. The ground floor rooms, such as 114 has a big tree right outside which made the room very dark and horrible, so I complained and got upgraded to the 5th floor with excellent views. I have to say the way in which the complaint was dealt with was remarkable. |

Excellent Food standard and variety for breakfast and evening meal. Location and direct access to the Yumbo Centre. Will stay here again. Excellent different options for late check out. I checked out at 23:00 as had a late flight, cost was 30€. They will give you 14:00 check out free of charge. Good large clean pool. No kids. If you do want an early night then you can hear noise from the Yumbo center. |

Catering in the restaurant was excellent. Two single beds pushed together does not equate to a "double bed". No facilities for disposal of sanitary towels and/or condoms. |

Friendly staff, great room, very convenient location, smart throughout. Although we didn't need it, charging 16 euros for one hour's wi-fi is a real rip-off. |

The staff, the location, the food and the comfort. The bar is not a smoke free zone and there is a very limited number of channels on the t.v, |

My room was on the first floor with a pool view. This was a great location. The room had a balcony, minibar, desk, large closet, and very large safe. The staff was helpful, the meals were decent and very popular with guests. The hotel bar was also popular, in part due to wonderful, friendly bartenders. I actually liked the hotel bar better than most local bars. No heat in rooms (I don't mean broken, these just is none). That's not ideal in February. Although, once I knew, I made sure open the curtains during the day and close them at night. That and managing the doors/windows kept the temp bearable. Also, no Internet in rooms, a charge to use the safe, ugly bathrooms, and the uncomfortable bed was actually two twins pushed together. |

Centrally located hotel with good arrangements for dining - two sittings, and not too large and crowded unlike other Playa Ingles hotels we have stayed in. Excellent staff who have been there for a long time and are always welcoming and helpful. |

Trevlig städpersonal, som noterade oss som sina gäster. Hög standard o kvalitet. Renligt. Ok runt simbassängen. Ganska ynkligt Gym. |

* Egen parkering, Sentralt I Playa del ingles. |
