I enjoyed the pool area in the hot weather, very much. The 'all inclusive' arrangement was good value and helped me to be able to enjoy my time at the hotel very much.

Excellent Food standard and variety for breakfast and evening meal. Location and direct access to the Yumbo Centre. Will stay here again. Excellent different options for late check out. I checked out at 23:00 as had a late flight, cost was 30€. They will give you 14:00 check out free of charge. Good large clean pool. No kids.

If you do want an early night then you can hear noise from the Yumbo center.

Friendly staff, great room, very convenient location, smart throughout.

Although we didn't need it, charging 16 euros for one hour's wi-fi is a real rip-off.

The bar is not a smoke free zone and there is a very limited number of channels on the t.v,

My room was on the first floor with a pool view. This was a great location. The room had a balcony, minibar, desk, large closet, and very large safe. The staff was helpful, the meals were decent and very popular with guests. The hotel bar was also popular, in part due to wonderful, friendly bartenders. I actually liked the hotel bar better than most local bars.

No heat in rooms (I don't mean broken, these just is none). That's not ideal in February. Although, once I knew, I made sure open the curtains during the day and close them at night. That and managing the doors/windows kept the temp bearable. Also, no Internet in rooms, a charge to use the safe, ugly bathrooms, and the uncomfortable bed was actually two twins pushed together.

The facility, staff, and food exceeded expectations. Great value for money and excellent location for gay visitors. Nice mix of gay and straights.

I have stayed here before..I love it.

Que coincidió con la fecha de mi cumpleaños y tuvieron el detalle de felicitarme con una cesta de frutas y una botella de vino. Independientemente de esto, hay que destacar la atención tan especial que brindan casi todos los empleados del Hotel, formando un equipo excepcional.

La comida, el personal,la comodidad de la habitación

no me gusto q me dieron la peor habitación con mucho ruido de unas compactadoras, que no tenian preparado la habitacion pq aun no habian visto la reserva en el fax....que no me cambiaban de habitacion aunque solo fuera par de pisos mas arriba hasta el dia siguiente...y q el balcon estaba lleno de caca de palomas..asi y todo me he quedado par de veces y no he tenido problemas, me sigue gustando el hotel pero no se q paso este finde...

L'amabilité du personnel, la piscine pour son eau non chlorée, la taille des chambres et la position de l'hôtel à 2 pas du centre commercial Yumbo qui est l'endroit où il faut aller trainer le soir aprés 21heures à la terrasse d'un café ou d'un bar.

Sa cuisine qui bien que copieuse et trés variée m'a paru souvent aseptisée et manquée de saveurs et de goût.
