Typical **** hotel, much like the other Playa hotels. Comfortable, nice location and pleasant and efficient hotel staff. The pool looked nice, but the weather was rather fresh (it was end February); there is also a small indoor pool. |

Me sorprendio mucho la habitación ya que es como un apartamento, con su salita, su cocina, su terraza... nunca habia visto nada igual, me encanto la amabilidad de todos tanto personal como huespedes y esta todo muy comodo No, no hay nada que no me gustara, era todo perfecto |

En primer lugar decir que tenía concertado un precio con booking, al llegar al hotel querían cargarme mas del doble, hacen un comentario como que los de booking.... y nos envían a una habitación donde el aire acondicionado-calefacción no funciona la primera noche, las sábanas estaban sucias y llenas de pelos, (las cambian); después de la cena se ve una cucaracha salir de la cocina hacia los baños |

Die Poollandschaft ist groß und gepflegt. Die Empfangshalle mit Wasserfall und vielen Sitzgruppen ist sehr begrünt. Eine Bar mit Innen- und außenterrasse zum Pool ist schön integriert. Angebotene Minigolfanlage war verdreckt und nicht bespielbar. Poolbar mit Snacks etc.(Olympo Beach) war geschlossen und leergeräumt. Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sprachen sehr schlecht Deutsch, aber auch in Englisch entstanden häufig Missverständnisse. |
