Price very low (out of season). They still had some live music, despite there being only a small number of guests. Although I should not complain at these prices including dinner buffet, but perhaps it would have been better to reduce the size of the buffet and number of items offered and offer less but better food. The indoor swimming pool cost EUR 8,00 per hour. A bit steep I think. |

Not far from the airport,overlooking the beach,very helpful,friendly staff,very nice clean room,good foodand good location Nothing not to like but would be great to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room |

Staff were very helpful and the location of the hotel to the beach with access directly from the hotel were the main points of note. A member of bar staff in comparison with others was not as helpful |

The wonderful view from the balcony of the waves crashing on the sandy beach. The superb choices from the buffet style meals, including eggs, fish, steaks etc cooked on the griddle while you wait. The "Wellness Centre" where my wife and her friends enjoyed an excellent facial on one day and an incredible full body massage and body wrap on another day. They said they felt like new women. |

the friendliness and effeciancy of the staff. and the perfect location of the hotel in proxmimity to the ocean. the wheelchair ramps were placed too close to the tables outside in the veranda when one got up from the chairs it was much too easy to trip over the side of the ramps. It happened to me and we abserved it happen to another person while we were there. |

The reception area of hotel and the rooms were very nice and well kept The spa services - we were charged for them and they weren't up to much. Also, the pool water didn't appear to be very clean and the food we did experience in the hotel did not meet our expectations. |

Leaving the place From the moment we arrived the staff were rude and unhelpful. When checking in the lady servicing us just walked off and started chatting to other people. When she finally decided to return to us she was rude and threatened to cancel our booking without any cause or reason given. Went to the bar where staff were equally rude and unhelpful, bar also ran out of all bar snacks on both days we stayed. Swimming pool has a guard and big signs stopping you from doing anything, apart from swim, no laughing or joking allowed. Restaurant only does buffet food, which was very average. When checking out once again we were ignored whilst receptionist spoke to other people behind us. The staff will always ignore and be rude to you unless you are Spanish, which was evidenced on many occassions. I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel, worst hotel I have ever stayed in for client service. |
