Points appréciables : chambre climatisé avec balcon. Un membre du personnel étant à l'accueil l'après-midi nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé dans nos escapades pour découvrir l'île. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer ; problème de cafard dans l'hôtel, cheveux et poils plus nombreux après le passage de la femme de ménage. La nourriture du self était fort moyenne et l'eau est payante! De plus, pas de lit de 2 personnes mais uniquement des lits jumeaux! Pour terminer, la taille de la piscine est de 5m*5m environ, utile de le préciser... |

1. Friendly staff 2. Had to check out before 12, however hotel has its luggage room where you can leave ur luggage if ur flight is in the evening 3. Hotel is very close to the beach and all local bars 4 .lidl is just 5 minutes away, so no need to pay for breakfast in hotel and our room had small kitchen with fridge, plates, forks, knives&spoons and even small cooker. Noisy (we could hear our neighbours very good), balcony was facing busy street with bars. Room small and it was very hot as well. Bathroom not very wellcoming and we even saw big bug behind the toilet one evening. Anyway, this is quite good value for money after all pros and cons as its cheap. |

nothing far away from the center of ibiza, very very unfriendly staff, we paid the total price from the first day and when we did the check-out they told us to pay again(!), dirty and very small room, uncomfortable beds |

Location is few minutes away from the bus station and near the beach & Eivissa port is 10min walking & the Taxi stop is at the front of the hotel Very bad service, u can't call from ur room even the rec. Will not transfer incomeing calls or 2-3 min & will cut the line. Small room old and broken things in the room, I will stay somewere els.... |

It's in the middle of central and Playa den Bossa. Seventh floor is very noisy, cos' the washing machines of the hotel are right there. |

The air conditioning worked porperly, that was perfect. The room was clean and rather big. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was purely furnished, beds were too hard. Some furniture for sure needed repairs. The water pressure in the tap was weak and changed every 10 seconds, so it was extremely difficuld to take shower, it was either too hot or too cold. |

The location was excelent, only a few steps from the beach. There were two tiny beds in the room, so we had to pulls them together at night and separate them in the morning so that the cleaning lady could clean the room. |

Good location that was walking distance to ibiza town and playa den bosca. Double room was tiny! Very, very small with no balcony. Compared to other options (we stayed subsequent days at Tivoli), I would stay elsewhere. |

price, location first room had a serious leak and I had to be moved to another room, which was not clean. Hotel lacked basic amenities like alarm clocks and shampoo in the rooms. |

I liked the location of the hotel. It's at only 50m from a gorgeous sandy beach. It's close to taxi station, bars and supermarkets. It's only 20mn walk to the city centre. When i checked-in, I was told that the cost of teh hotels was more expensive than what i booked from Booking.com. But it was sorted the next morning. Also, it's a bnit noisy at night as it is close to bars. Wall are very thin so you can hear anything. |

Que estaba muy centrico. No habia television en español pq no habian puesto tdt y desde el 30 de junio en baleares se realizo el apagon analogico, en una de las camas se clavaban los muelles. |

Sólo he pasado una noche en el hotel, y este hotel se correspondia con lo que buscaba: un hotel barato, correcto y ubicaco cerca del puerto. La ventana de la habitación daba a un muro. |
