although we arrived in advance to the check-in time, the staff was kind to prepare a room for us 25 minutes walking to the cathedral |

I like the fact that we gave them some clothes to wash and within the next day they were all clean. One nights rate was higher then the other, they should have been the same. |

Having stayed at a Melia hotel (in Madrid) before the Hotel Plaza Santa Lucia (in Seville) I found that there was much better value for money in the Melia Hotel. Better in all departments. The costs were almost the same. |

Very friendly staff. Very comfortable room. Super clean. Wi-fi worked after a bit of tweaking by the hotel IT person. Great small "bar" serving wonderful "toast + Iberian ham" and great caffe on the corner of the main drag and the hotel street for very reasonable cost. Very good bus connections into the city and also going to/from train station. |

the rooms were fine. The hotel committed to offering a lot which they did not provide. Example - wireless internet, phones, (not working), baby sitting, car service etc... the manager was away and had their younger brother filling in who did not know anything. |

The staff was really helpful. Room was also clean and comfortable. The bed is a little bit too small. A little far away from city center ( walk by 20 minutes) |

You are in a prime location between Puerto Del Sol and Plaza Mayor that is relatively quiet for such a bustling area. Great tapas bars, brewpubs and ham bars are within easy walking distance. This hotel is located only a short distance from the Sol metro station. |

Many of the front desk clerks were excellent. Inside parking was available at extra cost. WIFI was free and good. The location is in an old unkempt square and district. Its poor signage made it inconspicuous and hard to find in the square. Staff "had not noticed that we were bringing a dog" and requested us to change to a very small room usually used as a single with only a double-bed in it.We were not allowed in the reserved room "because it is carpeted" No discount was offered for the small room. |

Staff friendly, rooms neat and clean. Shuttle Bus advertised but not working apparently. Had to make more difficult trip from airport independently when we had planned to use the shuttle bus. |

All services were very good, especially if someone can value the money paid what a hotel can oferr. |

No hassles booking. Overall quite quiet and well situated. English speaking front desk gave us good eating recommendations The traffic jam outside the window early the first morning |

This recently refurbished hotel is built around a typical Andalusian courtyard, and is surrounded by central Seville’s most famous shopping streets. |
The Eurostars Regina is a smart and modern hotel, 3 star Hotel, built around 3 traditional Andalusian-style courtyards. Here you can relax in the lovingly restored rooms of the hotel. |
The Hotel Sevilla Center is situated in the Avenida de la Buhaira, one of the main streets of the Sevillian capital, well-known for its wide, beautifully landscaped areas. |
Set in a peaceful district but still within walking distance of the city’s sights, this hotel allows you to stay in authentic Andalusian surroundings in the region’s capital. |
