am ersten Tag wunderschönes Zimmer, Bei Nachbuchung von 2 Tagen, gaben sie uns nur mehr ein Zimmer zur Strassenseite, nicht mehr so schön. Personal hat teilweise nicht englisch gesprochen. |

The rooms were very comfortable as well as quiet. The hotel is well located and has all of the neccessary ammenities: a wonderful breakfast buffet, free internet, a comfortable common area and an extremely helpful staff. |

Quiet location on edge of old town, but only 5 minutes walk from Cathedral. Spacious room with good bathroom - recommend the superior rooms which have a fine view of the cathedral. It can be a bit tricky accessing the hotel by car, and (pay) parking is a few minutes' walk away, so maybe not for those who are less physically able and don't relish driving in narrow streets. But perfect if car-free and happy to walk. |

La amabilidad del personal y la disposición a ayudar y solucionar dudas en todo momento fue exquisita Si se puede uno quejar de algo sería que el ascensor no llega a la última planta, aunque allí las habitaciones son muy acojedoras y con mucho encanto |

Underbart skön säng efter pilgrimsvandring! God och omfattande frukost, fint och välskött hotell/rum. Kort avstånd till katedralen och gamla stan´s alla fina restauranger och ett stenkast från en stor och vacker park. Receptionisten var kanske lite väl ointresserad av sitt jobb. |

Ich noch sehr gut gefällt, ist sehr ruhig, ganz in der Nähe der Familie und das ist die Kathedrale. Neben der Bereitstellung von Service-Personal ist sehr gut, ich empfehle es. |

Me ha gustado mucho, y este verano volveré a Santiago y sin niguna duda al Hotel Pombal, porque tiene todo lo que pido a un Hotel: tranquilidad, cercano a todo lo que tiene interes, bien de precio, buenas habitaciones y que sea familiar. |

Me ha gustado mucho y me toco una habitacion con vistas a la Catedral. Esta muy cercano a la catedral, realmente me sorpredio lo cercano que esta. Es muy tranquilo, no parecia estar en plena ciudad. |

El hotel es muy acojedor y hasta por la misma decoracion te hace sentir como en casa. Nos toco una habitacion muy amplia y comoda y lo mejor fue la vista a la catedral que teniamos! La ubicacion es muy buena ya que estas a 5 min caminando del centro historico y por estar un poco al final del centro es muy silencioso por las noches. |
