Nice and helpful staff everywhere, and very kind to the children. The hotel is almost in the center, but you hear no noise from outside. All very quiet. As soon as the chambermaid realises you have left your room, they get inside and prepare it, it doesn't matter if you have left the no-disturb sign hanging at the door. I found it a bit unpleasant. |

lo que mas nos gusto es su ubicacion centrica, el trato de los empleados era excelente y las habitaciones bien cuidadas. para mi estaba perfecto, pero para mi mujer la solo existencia de camas separadas suponia un inconveniente. |

Está situado en una buena zona, cerca del casco antiguo, pero hay dificultad para encontrar aparcamiento. Realmente no es un hotel de 4 estrellas. A pesar de que todo estaba limpio y en buenas condiciones, debería estar catalogado como de 3, ya que ni los servicios ofrecidos ni el mobiliario están a la altura de uno de 4. |

Un buen hotel, buena atención, habitación muy amplia, buena limpieza El acceso es muy malo. Si vas con cochecito de bebé, como es mi caso, no puedes subir sola. Hay tres escalones, la rampa es "simbólica", totalmente vertical, y dan justo a la puerta giratoria, sin espacio. Para un minusválido, imposible. Una pena, porque el resto muy bien. |

Su ubicación, a 5 minutos andando del casco antiguo. El parking era grande, aunque algunas de las plazas de garaje eran muy dificiles para aparcar y pequeñas. La habitación que nos dieron era muy grande, con una sala de estar enorme antes del dormitorio. La cama, aunque era muy grande, era muy mala. El colchón y la almohada eran incomodísimos. No tiene buenas vistas. |

Realmente nada, no me gusto. Hotel viejo, personal del hotel nada amable, desayuno inexistente, hotel caro para lo que ofrece. No lo recomendaría . |
