L'ubicació, a prop de Palma i a costat del mar. Vistes excelents. Esmorçar molt complert i variat El personal de recepció, practicament no parlen espanyol. Ens em dirigit amb àngles. No hi ha cosa pitjor que sentir-te extranger en el teu propi pais. |

The grounds around the resort is fantastic, so romantic and so clean. The water around the property is so clear and blue. There were flowers everywhere. Our bathroom was completely covered in granite, beautifully done. And the fantastic breakfast buffet that's included with the room. It was a huge selection set in a huge dinning area with views of the sea. This place is great. We got lost trying to find it. The signs need to be adjusted and point to the correct direction. |

The location, in walking distance to both Palma Nova and Portals, and the garden with the private beach. The resturante at the terrace is perfect during daytime! |

The location. The well kept grounds. The public rooms. The breakfast. The swinning pool and its surrounds. The staff. There ws only one or two evenings in the week when there was any entertainment. This would not need to be 'loud', but the very good pianist might have been employed throughout the week? |

I was very pleased with the food and the facilities. However, they did not provide us a room with a sea view even though they agreed so. They were not able to provide a room with a sea view. |

Beautiful location, direct access to two different bays, lovely spacious garden with palm trees. Convenient for see or pool lovers as well. Good connection to the airport. WIFI even next to the pool. In our room the painting from the ceiling was falling down. |

I liked the relax you can have there & how easy was to move from there to other villages with bus or rental car. The breakfast was really good with lot of variety, rooms & bath so clean & spacious. The swiming pool & private beach wonderful. |

The hotel was in a very scenic position. Excellent breakfast. We had a H10 club card and on presentation at the check in were immediately upgraded to a lovely spacious suite which we were extremely pleased with. Quite alot of the rooms/suites have steep steps to them but there is no mention of this in the hotel overview .Probably more suitable for younger guests. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous. The food was delicious. There were cockroaches in my hotel room! The gym equipment was broken and unfortunately the heated pool was being fixed when I wanted to swim. |

The hotel is in a nice location but really needs updating to exploit its potential. Very good Breakfast. Booked for 4 nights and left after the first night for a nicer hotel. We booked a ducal suite which ended up being the furthest room away from the hotel, the room was damp,smelled musty and was very dated. |

Buen servicio, instalaciones generales buenas. El desayuno bastante bueno. Había hormigas en la habitación, muchas (paredes, techo...) para ser un hotel bueno, un poco insanubre en este aspecto. No había señal de wifi, aunque lo publicitan. La habitación tenía algún desperfecto de construcción. Durante la estancia nos ofrecieron otra habitación pero era mucho más pequeña y antigua. |

Buffet petit déjeûner splendide. Upgrade de la chambre en "suite ducale". Jardin agréable et bien entretenu. En fait de "criques privées", à cette saison, il s'agit plutôt de deux anses à algues ! Piscine intérieure petite ( 4 brasses ) et trop chaude ( 32°C ) |

klopt precies wat er is over geschreven, maar zo geweldig voor 4 nachten voor 300 euro. De rust met de mooie, groene, heuvel achtige omgeving. En niet te vergeten het ontbijt, geweldig! Wat een keuze, maar ook op en top goed verzorgt. Ik raad het iedereen aan, om eens lekker tussen door jezelf hiermee te verwennen. Dit is wel een aanbieding. Normaal is dit veel duurder. Wat we jammer vonden is dat we als zo vroeg wakker werden, door een kindje die in de ochtend al heel aktief was. Het was nogal gehorig. Ik hoop dat de buren geen last van ons hebben gehad. |
