Excellent facilities and value. The breakfast options were exceptional, well presented, with first class service staff. The hotel was clean and comfortal, with a nice balcony for relaxing on the evening with a drink. A really good choice of local restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. A great place for a late season break. |

The hotel was well situated to palma and a short distance by car to many other places of interest whilst being in a nice quite area. I would certainly stay there again if i visited that area. |

Ideal position of the hotel: 5/10 minutes by car far from Palma, very close also to other entertainment places (like Magalluf). Placed in a quiet village (with some bars and restaurants, in the evening is not completely empty). Floor of the room was never cleaned during our 10 days stay. It happened that room-services women opened the door of the room at 9.30 in the morning in order to clean the room. |

All in all it was a nice hotel, though not a 4-star. For the special prices offered sometimes(booked 2 months ahead, and checked after 2 months and the price was even lower...), it is a very good deal. It should be more organised. They gave us a room that was alredy occupied....Imagine our surprise when we opened the door and saw the other residents... |

The staff were extremelely helpful, professional and very welcoming. Our stay was remarkable value for money. Although the decore was out of date is was all in clean working order and fullfilled all our needs. There are a bunch of wonderful restaurants on the same stretch with enough to chose frome to keep you happy for 4-5 days but after that you'll have to double back - go to the very expensive marina area or hire a car/get on a bus to neighbouring towns. The only draw back was the walk to the beach which really only takes 10 minutes down the hill to the coast - but you sometimes miss the proximity and ease of acess that you might enjoy elsewhere. The hotel's location also doesn't offer it a view of the sea so if that's important unfortunately this is not the place. |

A very warm friendly hotel, with all facilities in place. absolutely enjoyed my stay and would have no reservations in recommending it to my friends. family and collegues. The only draw back with the hotel was with the staff, although they were extremely friendly and helpful they did not speak enough english.(Very hard to converse with when looking to book taxi's or when looking for directions or when needing assistance) |

we had a lovely view from our room and there was a good choice at breakfast. There was far too much furniture in our small room and even as a small person I found it difficult to move between the furniture. |

Not keen on location - very little within walking distance of hotel. Few selection of bars and restaurants and all "tourist prices". Although WIFI offered in hotel not all holiday-makers carry their laptop and I think internet access should be available free. It was very expensive at 1 euros for 5 minutes !!! |

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns sehr gut Das Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig (vorgebratene Eier, frisches Obst wurde vorgeschnitten und dann gekühlt (gefroren) angeboten bzw. die Ananans war schon fast schwarz (konnte man nicht essen) |

La seriedad, educación y atención del personal, especialmente, en su Director, Sr. Gallego y del Maetre Sr. Juan Manuel. Hay dos cosas: 1.- El Buffet, a la hora de la comida del mediodia, deberia ser más amplio y diferente. 2.-El cuarto de baño, se deberia limpiar, sino cada dia, más a menudo. |
