Layout great for kids, large pool and lots for them to do.Good breakfast with lots of choice. First they tried to give us 1 double bed for 3 adults the the key card didn't work. Both problems were rectified. El Coyote restaurant awful as was bar at 11.30 at night with far too many children from babies upwards. There should be a rule of no children in the bar after 10pm. The cocktails were great but they weren't worth the noise etc. |

the convenience of the unlimited theme park and water park tickets and the fact that everything is in such a close distance meant that keeping the kids happy was a breeze! i never once heard "im bored"..also the buffet breakfast was perfect and the suprise characters visiting us each morning while we ate were so much fun the prices for the evening buffet were huge! we couldnt afford to eat in merida every night, and the food wasnt anything great to be honest, we preferred to wander down to salou front for dinner. also the price of toiletries in the shop was crazy too, £17 for suncream! |

Great for families with children, but in the room don't expect the comfort of a 4 star hotel. Hotel staff very friendly. Air conditioning system was on cold when outside were 16 degrees, and it wasn't posible to switch to warm unless the whole air conditioning system in the complex was switched to warm. |

The location of the hotel was brilliant, really close to the park and a short walk into Salou centre and beach front. The Air Con in the room was not working very well, and in the heat made it quite an uncomfortable night to try and sleep in. But overall hotel and facilities were brilliant. |

Everything except the staff's attitude. I would like to exclude the reception staff from this comment because they were great - nice and extremely helpful. The restaurants staff where not helpful at all. They rarely smile and sometimes they were nearly rude! What a difference from staff at Universal Studios facilities in the USA. On our last day the maid knocked at our door at 09.30 to ask at what time we were leaving. We had to vacate the room by 11.00 and by the way she sounded annoyed too that I couldn't understand Spanish! |

The staff were very relaxed and friendly, the restaurant had lovely food and was very well organised, the mini disco and shows in the evenings were great, and the shuttle train up and down from the parks were brilliant my son loved it. The beds were creaky and uncomfortable for a light sleeper. |

the proximity to the theme park was fantastic, not to mention great facillities ie pool/restaurants. It was over run by English on packaged holidays and children. We had a room that overlooked the main area where they held concerts, so until about 12pm there was constant noise from screaming kids and entertainment shows. The Breakfast room was over crowded and we were not given the freedom to sit where we chose. |

Reception staff particularly helpful. Considering how busy the hotel was the staff were relaxed and helpful, Lifts were Proggrammed so badly- a nightmare eg. getting from Floor 2 to Floor 5 as call button is for "Down" only. a real time wasting inconvenience. A shuttle bus To & From the park may be more useful than the train especially in the rain. |
