The food was great and the location right next to the beach and the water park of course. The shower design is horrible, water splashes everywhere! A/C is in front of the beds. Also, they don't serve alcoholic beverages other than beer in the water park and the other beverages are limited. |

The location is great. Fantastic beach on your doorstep, soft sand, clear water, safe for kids, our room was larger than the usual ones as was in the older part of the building. Buffet food was plentiful, lot of choice. Waterpark was fun for kids, small and safe, and great so close as older kids can go by themselves. Staff mostly very friendly. Our room was very damp and the beds were very uncomfortable, mattresses looked very old and stained and and hadnt been changed for a long time, maid service was ok but they made the beds on top of each other so each night our beds were full of sand!!! Floor always dirty, ants everywhere. Bathroom facilities very old, shower etc, hotel in general needs a re-fit, very dated and badly designed, also nowhere to eat outside, all enclosed. Dont come if you wish any al fresco dining! Pool area so ugly and devoid of any trees or shade,all concrete surround! Awful. we didnt go to the pool once, beach every day was fine. Food was ok, lots of it but low quality mostly and disappointing to not have real juice at breakfast or good coffee. Cheap. |

I liked the rest and relaxation that the all inclusive package gave me and my family, I also knew the children would be safe and enjoy the facilities of the pool water park and beach all so close together. The evening entertainment was good (some nights!) The staff were not very interactive and on occasion very rude, the small cups the drinks were served in were very small for the use of aldults. The air conditioning and a plug socket in the bathroom did not work. |

We thought it was the ideal location with the option of the pool, the beach or the waterpark. There were 9 children in our group and it was perfect that they could do different things and still be beside the hotel/ I think there should be a better option of snacks for those who do not wish to go into the restaurant for lunch |

Mooie ligging in het noorden van Ibiza aan een leukstrand. In het dorp zijn facaliteiten om evt te gaan uit eten en een auto of scooter te huren. Het is een echt familie hotel vol met Duitsers en Engelsen. Hier kom je niet voor je rust. Kamers erg gehorig. Het eten was niet goed. In fruit zaten maden en het eten was te gaar en soms erg smakeloos. Er zijn hotels die echt betere kwaliteit van voedsel hebben. Dit was B-keuze. Om bij het strand of het dorp te komen moet je veel trappen lopen. Voor mensen met een handicap of rolstoel/buggy afhankelijk niet te doen. |

La seva situació a la cala de Potinatx és inmillorable. Per nosaltres, la millor zona d'Eivissa.Zona mol tranquila i amb una cala d'aigues transparents. A mitja hora en cotxe de la capital.Perfecte si vols relaxar-te algun dia i al mateix temps fer alguna que altre excusió per l'illa.El personal, especialment el de restauració, han estat molt amables i pendents en tot moment que no ens faltés de rés. La nostra habitació era molt amplia, tot i que hi dormiem 2 adults,1 menor i 2 bebés en bressols. La veritat és que tot ha estat molt correcte. Sense grans luxes, però amb moltes facilitats.Per repetir, sense dubtar-ho! Els horaris del buffet molt enfocats al client extranger, igual que l'animació de l'hotel. Hi havia activitats per a nens i adults, però bàsicament dirigides a anglesos. Es notava una manca de personal, degut a estar ja a finals de temporada. Això provocava que en algun moment s'hagués de tancar alguna instal.lació, com per exemple el parc aquàtic i el bar que en ell es suposa que pots gaudir del tot inclós. |

Op de dag van aankomst bleek het hotel niet op de hoogte te zijn van onze komst, waarschijnlijk door een fax die niet was aangekomen. Hier werd absoluut geen probleem van gemaakt, en we konden al vrij snel naar onze kamer. Het personeel aan de balie was dus ontzettend behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Het overige personeel trouwens ook.Daarnaast was het eten erg afwisselend en elke maaltijd voor ieder wat wils! |

Lo único que vale la pena es la cala, que hay acceso directo desde el hotel. Pero es lo único de verdad. Es que no me ha gustado prácticamente nada, la atención malísima, la comida fatal fatal, he estado en varios hoteles de 3 estrellas y es el peor con mucha diferencia. La cena acababa a las 21:15, a las 21:00 empezaban a retirar el buffet. Recuerdo una anécdota que una niña de unos 5 años intentaba echarse lasaña y no era capaz, y uno de los que estaban en el buffet la miraba sin echarle si quiera una mano, hasta que llegó mi acompañante y se la echó él. Parecía de cachondeo; después los oías hablar mal de los clientes mientras que recogían las mesas...Nuestra planta olía fatal, la terraza daba a un patio de luces y los de arriba se pasaban toda la noche tirando "liquidos" por la ventana....el servicio de limpieza chillando a las 8:30..etc. |

Las instalaciones estan en perfectas condiciones. La ubicación está suficientemente alejada de la zona de marcha, pero sólo a media hora en coche de cualquier punto de la isla. Los horarios de las comidas son espartanos, desayunos: hasta las 10:30; comidas: hasta las 14:30 y cenas hasta las 20:30. Los desayunos son "demasiado europeos", beans, revueltos, salchichas, pero sólo croissant y madalenas y tostadas. |

La amababilidad del personal del hotel. Esta muy bien para ir con ninos y en plan familiar. Habia leido los comentarios de esta pagina, sobre la animacion y, en resalidad nos gusto, porque fue en 3 idiomas incluido el español. Que el socorrista de los toboganes cerraba a la hora que a el se le daba la gana, aun faltando 20 o 15 minutos para el ciere |

L'habitació era molt confortable. S'hi descansa molt bé. No hi ha sorolls. La cala on està situat és molt maca. L'horari del menjador a l'hora de sopar. Era fins a les 21.15 i poc després d'aquesta hora ja ho havien retirat tot. Per més que la major part de la clientela sigui anglesa, trobo que haurien de tenir en compte els horaris habituals del país on són. La qualitat del menjar és millorable. |

El parque acuático y su tranquilidad.Personal muy amable. Muchas escaleras y sin opción de rampas.La piscina es pequeña y en esta época permanece en sombra la mayoría del día.Poca variación en el menú y el postre fue prácticamente el mismo durante una semana. |

El acierto del parque acuatico, el personal del hotel, la proximidad con la playa. La comida bastante buena. No existe animación para niños en Español. Las instalaciones en general son un poco excasas, piscina del hotel quizás un poco pequeña y el horario de cierre es temprano. |

accueil et service excellent de la part de tout le personnel. La proximité de la plage. Le centre aquatique avec toboggans et pentaglisses. L'environnement sauvage et préservé du site. Le calme de l'hotel. le seul bémol est la qualité moyenne de la nourriture mais grand choix agréable. |
