Great location of the hotel, directly at Plaza Mayor and only a few steps away from Sol. Can be reached easily by metro. Beautiful modern design hotel, even with a laptop and free internet in the room. Spacious room. Nice breakfast buffet. Breakfast was only available from 7:30 in the morning. Blanket was too thin the first night but got more blankets the other nights. |

The hotel could not have been in a more ideal location. Easy walking distance to the palace, the Prado, and just a stone's throw to the Plaza Mayor. It was perfect. |

It's position in the centre of the city was excellent for visiting sites I would not rate this as 4 star the rooms were small, only 1 chair so to relax one had to sit on the bed, shower leaked, electrical socket falling off wall and restaurant only open for breakfast. |

The Hotel was nicely decorated, the rooms at a good size and confortable, the use of the Computer in the room is an excellet idea, as well as the access to the internet for free with my laptop. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection. The Staff very firendly and well manered. The Hotel good located. In the Bathroom there was no hanger to put up your PJ as Iam used to do, well this is just a comment and not a must. |

The laptop with free internet was really useful. The location is wonderful. I soon got used to the smallness of the room and found it to be quite cosy after a while. Breakfast would be better with proper coffee instead of those machines which so many hotels go for these days. |

Great position, elegant building playfully refurbished, pleasant staff and excellent computer/internet facilities. Nice touch of free coffee / juice / water in the reception from 12h to 22h. Our room had two balconies overlooking the street but we were able to sleep fine (no shutters but double glazing). Perhaps the bathroom occupied a disordinate amount of space in relation to the room - I'd have made it a good deal smaller. |

Location, modern interiors, the coffee machine, WiFi, the safe and the English newspaper Cabs access is not there to the Hotel. No baggage was provided at hotel even though check-in process was done by my wife and her friends, all of whom had little babies. Room was a pigeon hole and badly designed, the bathroom seemed bigger than the room! Not at all suitable for a family, at best comparable to a studio for one. Computer in the room was not working |

The most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time. The location was excellent for Sevilla and all tourist attractions. Staff were very helpful but slightly pretentious. The shower in our room was awkward, as the water seemed to want to flow out into our room. There was a fair bit of noise from the bar in the hotel and from the street outside. |

Very good location for us. The staff service outshined other establishments in Madrid. Petit Palace Posada Del Peine service represented the good side of Madrid. Very good service at check in and check out. |

Clean, friendly, good breakfast, good location in old town, 50m from Plaza Mayor, large modern shower with good pressure. Overall a very nice place to stay. The air conditioning could only keep the room marginally cool (more warm than cool) while running all the time. Could not drive to hotel to unload bags, had to park in public garage and walk / carry bags to the hotel. |
