The apartments were excellent - well equipped and located centrally. Exceeded expectations of an apartment. The apartments including everything you could need for a short stay and more and included toiletries and kitchen cleaning items, as well as tee / coffee etc - much more than a standard apartment! Only small issue was the luggage on our departure - the office was closed and we had to carry our luggage all day |

Great location easy to get everywhere we wanted to go by walking. Apartment was well equipped and on checking in very easy and friendly staff. Minor problems dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Not being advised that the apartment was directly above a disco and therefore could not sleep Thursday or Sunday night. Would have asked for higher apartment if advised or different location. |

One big disavantage was that the apartment was above a bar and until 6 am there was noise, also during the whole night there was a lot of noise in the street, which disable us to sleep. |

Location. Staff very helpful. There were no instructions to use the domestic appliances. We spent one very cold evening as the heating system was very difficult to work out if you weren't familiar with it. |

Location was good and size of the apartment for 4 people but noisy on winter weekend nights, including fights on the street. No cleaning during 6 days stay and checkin/checkout procedures are very bad, mainly because of waiting and no place to leave luggage. |

The location is great, right in the heart of Madrid. The apartment was newly refurbished and has everything you could require. We stayed in December, it was freezing outside and we didn't even have to turn the heating on inside. We were given the keys and an explanation upon arrival and never had to see anyone after that. I would warn guests that the walls weren't the thickest, so I would only recommend this place if you want to fit into the Madrid Movida rhythm of things. You can hear music from the downstairs bar Thu (til 1am-ish), Fri and Sat (til about 3-ish) so if you're a light sleeper intent on going to bed early then this is not the place for you. |

location was near great flamenco and jazz venues. The apartment was well kitted out, had nice decor and was clean. its a noisy street - but has to be expected in the very heart of the city |

Great location. Great price. Great facilities. All up it was a really nice place. We would definately consider going there again Instructions for the washing machine/dryer would have been good but we found them on the internet so that was ok. The basin in the bathroom slopes away from the plug so not all the water leaves. The pillows could be better. |

We were moved to Piamonte 1, as work was being done at Prado Apartments, Piamonte 1 was actually a bigger apartment, which was a nice bonus. |

the check in procedure is very bad, I see no reason to have to check in at a different location,in a poor part of the city, and taxi to hotel only to have to wait for someone to meet you to let you in!!! very bad!!!! |

The building is on a quiet street within five minutes of El Prado. There are many bars and restaurants within easy reach ranging from 'genuine' tapas bars and cervezerias to an Irish Pub (expensive and they didn't serve Guinness!!). The apartment has recently been renovated and we were very impressed with the amenities: small but well equiped kitchen including a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is nobody from the leasing company at the apartments so in an emergency you would need to travel to their office for assistance. |

Modern, clean, fully equipped. Every service nearby, from Metro to ministores. About 3mins walk to a 24hr taxi rank (handy for 5am airport transfer). It is noisy at night, but that's to be expected given its location. |
