The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free bikes were available which made our stay more pleasant. The decor is stylish but the finishes need renovation. Large room, comfortable beds, very clean, quiet, central and the price was excellent - would definitely stay there again. |

Great position, really central. The card keys never worked when returning to our room & we had to keep returning to reception for them to be re-programmed. |

The location is excellent and staff is friendly. These make up for the decor. It wasn't to be trendy but doesn't hit the mark. |

the staff was very nice and the modernity of the hotel's design and furniture. also, it was at a central location, easy access to the tram to take to guggenheim. many complications with the shower. also, the elevator situation was a bit strange (have to take one to get to another that leads to the room...) |

The hotel looked rather tired and there were splashes on the wooden pannelling that have obviously been there for a while. The first room I was given had a strong smell of smoke evn though it was supposed to be non-smoking |

Great location, convenient to tram to Guggenheim, internet in lobby, pets allowed at no extra charge Room not very clean, fixtures were all loose and "falling apart," could hear everything from hallways and adjacent rooms, very slow check-in due to staff incompetence and difficulties with English. There was a computer in the room which would have been nice, but it did not work. |

Great location in the old town, with easy access to tram, metro and buses Avoid the 5th floor. We were right beneath the 6th floor breakfast room on our first night and had to listen to creaking floorboards over our heads from 6:30am. The hotel management moved us to the 3rd floor at the front of the building which was far superior in terms of noise - we couldn't even hear the noise from the street below. |

the situation on the edge of the old town We stayed Friday and Saturday nights and the noise from both inside and out was bad until 3.30am - a problem caused by the great situation and no fault of the hotel. |

The location was superb, near all centric places, very easy access and very well communicated. The rooms were too small for two people. Breakfast was expensive, so we went to a nearby cafeteria |

Excellent Location. Nice conversion of an older building. No real complaints Lacks a bar or restaurant - but there is plenty of these in the immediate area. There were also a few details wrong in the design of the rooms - eg lack of storage, broken shower, lack of shelf space in bathroom etc |
