Staff very friendlyand helpful. Rate for room, breakfast and dinner very reasonable. The shower did not work and was broken. Asked for it to be refitted to the wall and it was - with one screw ! It then fell off the wall once again!We had no hot water for three days! The standard of mainteneance in the rooms is very poor - these are not things that would cost a lot to repair, but are mainly bad workmanship. |

very relaxed atmosphere, clean and a nice place if looking for a relaxed daytime and then out abnd about in Banus in the evening All ok with hotel would just have liked to have been made aware it was a french hotel with very limited english speakers! |

No tener que hacer colas para comer cosa habitual en otros hoteles se olvidan de los turistas españoles y parece que estas en francia. Deberian como minimo utilizar los dos idiomas a las horas de las actividades |

A comida era boa As animações serem só em francês limitam os restantes hóspedes a não disfrutarem em pleno do espaço do Pueblo Andaluz. Alguns cuidados mais com a conservação dos quartos tornaria a estadia melhor. |

La decoración La persiana estaba rota. No daban gel ni champu para ducharse. Demasiado ruido por la noche... con el espectaculo. Tampoco me han gustado los horarios para comer.... yo no soy extranjero.... y como a las horas que se come aqui. Quizás había demasiados extranjeros y por eso se adecúan los horarios a los de su país. |

El personal fue realmente amable con nosotros (especialmente el recepcionista de la madrugada en la que nos fuimos, que le tuvimos empujando el coche calle arriba-calle abajo) aunque no todos hablaban y entendían el español, cosa sorprendente Lo peor, la discoteca que tiene justo en la entrada, sobretodo si como nosotros, tienes la habitación hacia el lado de la piscina. |
